I don't own anything, not the characters and barely the plot.
The team sat in a circle ready for a juicy game of Truth or Dare. They were finally ready after all the explaining Riptide had to do to those who didn't know about the game. Robin then turned on his phone, and opened a Truth or Dare app and passed the phone to Riptide.
"Okay, Robin, Truth or Dare?" Riptide asked.
"Dare," Robin said.
Riptide pressed on the dare button and the perfect dare was right at her fingertips.
"I dare you to eat a spoon of mayo," Riptide dared.
"I'll get a spoon and the mayo!" Megan exclaimed and ran off to the kitchen.
Megan then came back with a jar of mayo and a spoon. She opened the jar and scooped up mayo with the spoon. When the spoon exited the jar Robin saw that Megan had scooped on a large amount of mayo.
"Here you go," Megan said as she gave the spoon to Robin.
Robin quickly put the spoon in his mouth and swallowed the mayo.
"Ugh, not pleasant," he said.
"Hey, at least it wasn't butter," Wally said.
Riptide then passed the phone to Robin.
"Wally, truth or dare?" Robin asked.
"Was that just for the comment?" Wally asked.
"Maybe," Robin answered.
"Okay, Truth," Wally said.
Robin pressed the truth button and said, "If someone made a movie about your life, what they call it? Who would get your role."
"Uh, I guess 'Speeding Through Life' is a good name. And for who would have my role? I think that I'd have my role, 'cause no one can master me," Wally said.
"Uh huh, but can you act? Imagine all the bloopers," Riptide said.
Robin passed the phone to Wally.
"Megan, Truth or Dare," Wally said.
"Of course he chooses her, I swear next time he flirts with her..." Riptide muttered.
"Dare!" Megan exclaimed.
"Uh, it says 'Hug everyone in the room'," Wally said.
Megan got up from her previous position and hugged everyone. Them she sat down and Wally passed her the phone.
"Kaldur, Truth or Dare," Megan asked.
"Truth," Kaldur said.
"Ok, if you had to be renamed, what name would you pick?" Megan asked.
"I would choose Kaldur, since my name is Kaldur'ahm, it would still be a different name," Kaldur said.
"Ooh, smart," Wally said.
Megan passed the phone to Kaldur with a smile.
"Superboy, Truth or Dare?" Kaldur asked.
"Dare," Superboy replied.
"Do the— what is the Chicken Dance?" Kaldur asked.
"Well, it's a type of dance where you imitate a chicken," Wally explained.
Superboy just seemed kinda confused.
"Don't worry Superboy, Wally can teach you how to do it. Come on Wally, why don't you show him," Riptide said as a smirk grew on her face.
"Uh... Just follow me..." Wally said.
"Why don't you do it right here, I bet Kaldur and Megan would love to learn too," Riptide said.

Sometime after the game of Truth or Dare had come to a close it was time for dinner. Wally, Robin, and Kaldur had left right after the game.
Riptide sat in the living room. She knew that Megan was in the kitchen cooking dinner, and Superboy... well, Riptide didn't know where he was.
Riptide silently mourned her friends as she did every evening. She thought about all of the good times they'd had. How her ability to annoy had gotten her turned into a Guinea Pig by Circe, even though she was a girl. She thought about Tyson, truth was that she didn't know where Tyson was. He could be dead or alive, she simply wished she knew. She could've asked Nico, but now he's... Riptide wiped the tears from her cheeks and made her way to her room. The soundproof walls were a relief, the other wouldn't have to hear her cries of pain and agony as she slept. The dreams weren't as bad as they'd been before, but no one can recover from what she went through.
As she sat on her bed she continued to mourn her friend. Tears spilled from her eyes, making her sight blurry. The sadness and pain that overcame her was as horrible as ever. The pain, it never got better. She could still see the light leave Annabeth's eyes. Oh Annabeth, how much she missed her dear friend. Annabeth, the friend she'd fallen into the Pit for, the friend who she would've done anything for. Now, she would do anything to see her again. She missed them all so terribly. She missed Nico, and now the words Death Boy felt unfamiliar on her lips. How could these nicknames feel so unfamiliar? Death Boy, Sparky, Pinecone Face, Beauty Queen, Repair Boy, and Wise Girl.
She knew she was a failure, deep down. She didn't save them, maybe if she'd been better, been more prepared, they'd still be here. But, on the other hand, if they hadn't died she would never have joined this team.
Sure, she loved being a part of this team, so far, but how could they match the Seven. This team had only been a team for a few days and Riptide was sure, she would help this team become at least as great as the Seven.
To help the team she'd also have to stop annoying Wally, or at least annoy him to a lower degree. She couldn't have any of her teammates disliking her, or not trusting her.
None of them knew what she'd been through and she needed to remember that. She didn't think herself higher them, she only thought of them as equals. Maybe, just maybe, if she dropped enough clues Kaldur could find out, then she could have someone to talk to about her experiences. She was grateful that there was at least one person on their team that knew of the godly world. This team was going to be great, that she sensed.
Their deaths won't be in vain, next time- next time, I'll do better. Next time, I'll be prepared. Next time, I'll save them.
