Well I never thought my mind would go this long without going "fuck you now I am going to go to bed for a month" I oddly like to use cussing for the drama and fun it makes and the fact it means I get to do some fun ideas. To thy book.
Carter grabs my hand and places something in it. When I open my hand I see that it is a locket. The locket was a gold locket in the shape of a circle and it had a ruby in the middle of the front and when I open it it has four places to put pictures. I put it on after closing it and kiss Carter.
"I love it so much Pup." I say
"I thought you would." He said smiling.
"It is beautiful." I say.
"I guess you will be putting stuff in it eventually." I say.
"Of course." I say excitedly.
After calming down we head downstairs and see it is 11:49 so I just shrug it off because I am not hungry. I sit on the couch and pull Carter closer to me.
"Val I want to ask something." Carter says.
"Yes?" I ask.
"Why did you claim me as a mate you deserve someone as perfect as you." He says.
"Because I love you and to me your perfect without you I might not be here." I reassure him.
"Are you sure?" He asks.
"Of course I am you are perfect and I love you." I say kissing his forehead.
He smiles and hugs me giving me a kiss.
"Thank you V." He says.
"Of course Pup anything for you." I say.
"Anything?" He says.
"Yup." I say.
"So like maybe even you kissing me?" He says.
I kiss him, "Of course you beautiful little cutie." I say smiling.
"Your tail is wagging babe." Carter says.
"Sometimes I hate my tail." I say.
"Well maybe I can fix it." Carter says sitting on it and laying on my lap.
"Thanks I guess." I say.
"Well you know I can do more than that too for you." He said smirking.
"Haha very funny." I say pushing him off me.
"But Vaaaaaalllllll." He whines.
"Nope Not doing that and you know that we have company to get ready for." I state.
"Fine." Carter pouts.
I pat his head and walk off to go make snacks for us all. I just make up some ideas that sounded good like homemade buffalo chicken dip. After almost an hour of making snacks someone knocked on the door. When I went to answer it was Skull.
"Hey Ace." She says.
"Hey Skull." I say letting her in.
"V WHERE IS DAMN SKETCHBOOK!" Carter yells as I close the door.
"In your bag Pup." I say back.
