Bill's POV

Almost 20 hours of my life was wasted. I swear that kid is really taking her time longer than I thought. Is it really that hard to decide between a yes or no? I'm getting impatient.
She's standing far from me, thinking about the offer. If she will accept it, then my plan will be a lot easier. If no, then I will do it alone.

"Hey hot-head, have you already decided?" I ask, playing with my staff.

"Can you wait a few more hours? I told you to wait for 24 hours and now you're complaining? You shouldn't have offered me that." she replies annoyingly.

"Relax kid. Don't be so hot-headed. I was just asking." I reply, trying to calm her down. She sure is hard to communicate with.

She rolls her eyes and growls. I 'smirk' at her reaction. This gal is fun to irk with. I think to myself.

After some minutes, I feel like someone's leaving. I look at my side to see Chara doing her own business. I close my eyes and focus on the feeling. It's the twins their friends. They're starting to leave at their place.

"Hot-head," I call out.

"What now?" she asks.

"You're aware of Frisk and her companions' presence in the other void right?" I say.

"Yeah, why?" she replies.

"Nothing, just wanted to make sure." I reply back.

"I can feel them leaving." she says.

"Can you too?" she adds. I nod to her as my answer.

I keep quiet for a while... I'm bored. I guess I'll interview her so I'll be entertained-- even though I already know the reason.

"How did you get here?" I start.

"What?" she questions.

"Ya heard me, how did you get in here?" I repeat.

"Why do you want to know?"

"Because I'm bored,"

"That's it? 'Cause you're bored?"

"Yeah,"

"That's a nice reason, triangle."

"Then what am I supposed to reason? Pretend that I don't know the reason?"

"Pretend?! Then why do you want to know?"

"I told you, I'm bored."

"NO!"

"Then no, I will not give you the host you like."

"Did I accept it already?"

"You will, eventually."

"How'd you know?"

"Just tell me the reason,"

"Ugh, fine. I'll just tell it to you 'cause I'm bored also."

"Spill it."

"I was here since my 'partner' reset in the last genocide run. I don't know why I'm here 'til now. I was confused I ended up here. I kept asking myself, "Is this karma? Am I finally punished for what have I done?" But for the record, Frisk manipulated me. She made me like this. At first, I was confused. Why was she killing the monsters? She freed them and now she's killing them? Yet I got totally manipulated when it was getting thrilled. When we were at the final boss, which was Sans, she died a lot. I told her that I should possess her, but she refused. When Sans was already tired, she blew the last strike, yet he dodged it easily. So I took control of her and caught him off guard and finally turned him to dust. It continued until we were at the throne room, killing both the king and Flowey." She stops and look at me. I react by showing her my bored face, which she doesn't get.
