QUESTIONNAIRES/TRIVIA:
Fun Facts About RFTA:
• The book was originally only supposed to be in Steve's point of view!
• The cover has been changed 3 times as of 1/2/2019 (Note: I make all my own covers! People have been asking me who made them, so here you go, haha)
• RFTA is the first fan fiction I've ever written
• It takes up 120 pages worth of space on Google Docs
• I've only been in the Marvel fandom for 4 years (2016-2019, count each year! Not in between, or else it'd be 3)
• There are a lot of hidden Easter eggs in RFTA that reference other MCU movies (Ex: In chapter 35, Bucky states '"God, I love this place,"', which is something he says in Avengers: Infinity War. In chapter 15, Peter says '"...I'm pretty far from home..."', which is a nod towards the upcoming Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: Far From Home). There are a lot more Easter eggs but those are a few!FOR THE Q & A:

ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS:
Q: Do you ship Shuri and Peter?
A: I don't ship them as boyfriend/girlfriend or as significant others, but I believe that they are the ultimate science buddies duo. (Other than Tony and Bruce, of course.) I apologize if my title is confusing as I say [Shuri/Peter] in it, but I mean that in the sense that they are purely platonic in this story.
Q: Why didn't you include Thor and Loki or Bruce in the story?
A: RFTA is more centered around the events during/after CA:CW, and both Thor, Loki, and Bruce are MIA at that time, or separated from the Civil War arc. Sorry if you wanted some Bruce or Loki and Thor content!
Q: What made you decide to add Vision and Wanda in the story?
A: Honestly, chapter 29 was a bit of a filler chapter, but I'm glad I decided to add Wanda and Vision into RFTA. I thought that the story could use a bit of freshness, and I wanted to remind the readers that there's still a threat coming for the Avengers. (Hence epilogue part two, as well.)
Q: Will there be a sequel to Rising From the Ashes?
A: Sadly, no, there won't be a sequel. Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame come after RFTA in the MCU timeline, so I won't be writing a story about what comes next, since we already (or will) know. I'm so excited and devastated to watch Avengers: Endgame.
Last but not least, thank you all again.
Thank you.
