After sticking with Akaashi for about a few months, Bokuto realises that Akaashi is a worrywart. Akaashi always cared about his well being. Akaashi would make sure he had a balanced diet. Akaashi would make sure he stayed hydrated. Akaashi would work with the team to come up with ideas to cheer him up. (This one Bokuto found out after two months but pretended not to know.) Akaashi would always make sure Bokuto finished his homework and would patiently teach him if he grew restless.
Akaashi would get fed up with Bokuto at times. Even then, Akaashi would still find ways to secretly motivate Bokuto.
Bokuto likes Akaashi's company.
