C h a p t e r 30

Jenn's pov

After washing Thomas, I carefully wrap him up in his towel and walk upstairs to my room. Putting him in the middle of the bed, I push everything that's around him, to one side of the bed and grab his baby lotion, diaper, and onesie from my nightstand and sit on the bed.

"Hi baby" I say and tickle his stomach a little and he smiles before putting his arm up, trying to make contact with me. I kiss his hand and he laughs before I playfully bite his little fingers and we both laugh. "Jenn can we talk?" Uncle mike says as he comes into my room. I start putting on the baby lotion on Thomas's body and look up at uncle Mike. "I know this is gonna be really hard, but I just wanna say that I'm very proud of you. You came a far way. You have a kid, a job, and are still going to school. I see that your trying your best and I admire you for that. I just came to tell you that I will ways be here for you throughout this whole journey and I wanted to know if your going to school tomorrow?"

After I finish putting the lotion on, I grab the diaper on lift Thomas's legs up and put it on before sitting him up and helping him into his onesie. "Thank you Uncle Mike. That really means alot. And idk, I may just start taking it online because I don't feel like going to school." I say and bounce Thomas in my arms while he makes baby noises and reaches out for Uncle Mike.

"Well alright. I just want you to know that whatever choice you choose, I am ok with." And with that, he stands up, kisses me on my forehead while hugging me and then just leaves out of the room. "Alright time for bed baby" I say to Thomas and kiss him before getting up and putting him in his crib. I put his pacifier in his mouth and he closes his eyes and goes to sleep.
