Jenn's pov

After that class period, I walked out and went to my locker. "Hey." I look to my left and see Leslie. "Hey" I say back and put my history notebook in my locker and grab my math notebook.

"Can I ask you a question?" She says and I just shrug and close my locker then put the lock on it. "Are you and Aiden Walker a thing? Today people said they saw you too holding hands and acting all couple like." I look at her and start walking. "We are just friends." She nods and walks with me to our math class.

Skips to lunch

Walking into the cafeteria, I see people in groups. I am still standing in the door way, until I see a empty table and I go sit down. Pulling out my phone, I go to Wattpad (ironic) and put my headphones in, turning to 5 Seconds Of Summer youngblood.

Aiden's pov (yep sis)

Today was something else. From getting a ride to school, to holding Jenn's hand, to people whispering about us, and to walking her to class, which led to holding her hand. She's a cool person so far.

I don't have a car because my stupid father says I am ungrateful and shouldn't have anything good. I've been saving up money, from my job to buy me a car. If I have enough, I can buy one in 3 weeks.

My life was never like this. My mother died at the age of 28, me and my brother were 14 at the time. I have a twin brother, but he isn't very active in going to school . He's enrolled in school, but isn't here today since he's sick. I have to get his work and take it to him. Father says he is "the golden child" my brothers name is Grayson (don't do me!)

I walk into the cafeteria, going to the lunch lady, and she gives me some spaghetti that she makes at home. After thanking her, I start to go to class, until I see someone I recognize. Going to the empty table I sit down and her hand shoots up.

"Hey princess. Told you, you were gonna see me." I say with a smile, which in turn makes her smile. "Hey Aiden. You wouldn't believe what happened today."

She starts to tell me what happened in class today. "Well you should be honored. You get to pretend to go with this handsome guy" and I point to myself which makes her laugh.

"Let's play 21 questions." I nod. "what's your favorite TV show?" I respond and say "the Sopranos." She beams with adoration? "Omg I love that show. You are like one in a lifetime!" Aww that is sweet. And with that, we keep asking each other questions and I feed her some of the spaghetti and I eat some myself.

It's time for her to get back to class and the Juniors and sophomores to come to the cafeteria. We get up and I throw the fork away. "Hey Aiden?" I look at Jenn and see her thinking. "Have you ever wanted something but you just found out about it?"

Uhh, I have to think about that one. "Yeah I do. But you should most definitely get to know more about whatever that is before going for it." I say and with that, she nods and we begin to walk out of the cafeteria. "Jenn do you maybe wanna go somewhere after school?" I'm so nervous. Idk what she's going to say. I start to scratch the back of my neck.

"Yeah. That sounds great." We both smile and we walk to her locker. "Well I gotta go to class. I'll see you at the end of the day. I say and she hugs me. I wrap my arms around her and turn around and start walking to my next class.

I hope she likes where we are gonna go .
