night before school

C h a p t e r 2

Jenn's pov

After me and Uncle Mike sat and watched TV and ate pizza together, I said goodnight to Mike, I went upstairs to my room. Throwing my phone on my bed, I went to my drawers and grabbed a black sports bra, black boxers, shorts, and one of my uncle shirts that he gave me.

Walking to the bathroom, I put the clothes on the counter and go back to my room grabbing my phone from my bed and walking back to the bathroom. I close the door and lock it. Unlocking my phone , I turn to my music and turn to Austin Mahone better with you. I put my phone down, then turn the water on, making sure it's on the right temperature.

30 minutes later

I get out the shower, grabbing my towel and wrapping it around my body. Drying my body off, I put my clothes on and dry my hair with my towel. Turning the music off, I walk out the bathroom and throw my phone on the bed, my clothes in my bin, and walking to my closet and grabbing the blow dryer, I rush to the bathroom ready to get this over with.

I hate blow drying my hair, my arm gets tired and I'm right handed. Blowing my hair only took 5-8 minutes, I grab all the pieces of hair off the floor and counter and put it in the trash. I then put the blow dryer back in my closet. Grabbing my deodorant, I put it on just armpits and go to see what Uncle Mike is up to.

Walking to his room, I open the door and see him sitting on his bed and on the laptop. "Uncle Mike?" He looks up and smile. "Hey princess, what's going on?" I shake my head and jump on his bed in between his legs, making him put his laptop on the nightstand next to the bed. "I just feel like we haven't had a actual conversation. I missed hanging out with my uncle. I miss our times together." I say with a sad smile. I lean my head on his stomach while he runs his fingers through my hair.

"That feels so good." I say with a smile. "I missed our times together too Jenn. All I want to do is eat food with you and stay in the house all the time." We both laugh at that. " "Can I sleep in here tonight?" He keeps running his fingers through my hair and I look up to see him nod. "Ok. I'll be right back."

I rush to my room to grab my phone, scarf, and charger and rush back to uncle Mike's room. Seeing that he turned off the lights and turned a movie on. "I thought you would like to watch a movie until you fall asleep." He says and I nod. I walk over to the other side of the bed and plug my charger in and plug my phone up. I then tie my hair up and make sure I use the bathroom before going to bed. Laying here in his bed, it feels so soft. "I see you turned to one of my favorite movies (Legend)." I say with a smile and wait for the movie to start so I can say every line and smile everytime I see Ronnie and Reggie. "Yeah, well I thought you might want to watch it."

"Aww such a gentleman" I say with a teasing smile. "only for you my little Minnie me." The movie starts and I put my head on his shoulder while we wait for the music to play. In the middle of the movie, I start to hear light snores and I look at my uncle to see his eyes closed and his mouth slightly open. I giggle quietly and turn the movie off. I put the tv remote on the night stand and get back in his embrace.

This night couldn't get any better.
