"SAAN tayo pupunta?" I asked, my lips still felt different. I could still taste his lips on me as if caramelized sugar had melted in my mouth I couldn't wash off.
"Speed boat," aniya, hawak pa rin ang kamay ko.
"Huh? Why?" I asked.
"We could only check the shipwreck with the speedboat unless you want to swim? You'll love to see it."
"O-Oh." I nodded, nag-iisip pa rin ng paraan para makalusot at ngayon lang nagpa-process sa 'king nakipag-lips-to-lips ako sa kanya! "Pero ano, sa sunod nalang. I'm hungry." Palusot ko pa.
Hiyang-hiya ako sa sarili ko. We kissed! Damn it! Ang rupok ko?! We just met yesterday! Tapos nakipagdilaan na ako!
Damn, Zirena! I thought you're a dalagang Filipina?!
Seryoso niya 'kong nilingon. Kunot ang noo.
"You haven't had breakfast?"
I nodded and smiled a little.
Kagatin mo, please, Wave! Kailangan kong makawala para makatili at sabunutan ang sarili sa kahihiyan!
"Alright, let's eat first." Walang pagdadalawang-isip niyang sabi at nakapamulsa habang hawak ang isang kamay ko.
My heart raced.
"K-kasama ka?" I asked dumbly.
Oh, damn you, Zirena! Wrong excuse!
"Oo, bakit, ayaw mo?" aniya.
"Bakit naman hindi?" Tumawa ako. "Of course I want to eat you,"
Umawang ang labi niya at natakpan ko ang bibig ko.
"I-I mean, to eat with you!" I hissed.
He chuckled, lumunok ako at hindi na umimik nang makarating kami sa kainan na sinasabi niya. I realized marami talaga silang na-develop sa parteng ito ng isla para sa mga gustong bumisila.
There are a few mini restaurants the tourists could choose from. May mga stalls din for fresh juices.
Binati kaagad kami pagkarating doon at halatang kilala si Wave ng attendant dahil 'di mawala ang ngiti nito. Namumula pa.
I was in awe when Wave even offered me a chair.
"T-thanks," I murmured. Tumango naman siya at umupo sa upuan bago sumulyap sa babae na biglang nag-panic para i-abot sa kanya ang menu.
"Here, Sir..."
Wave took the menu and I was startled when he gave the menu to me instead.
"Ako? Bakit?" I asked.
"Choose your food,"
"Huh? I-Ikaw muna," I said. "Hindi naman ako gutom."
Tumaas ang kilay niya bago nailing, 'di naniniwala.
"Choose, Zire. You can't fool me,"
Shit...
"Uhm..." Sumulyap ako sa menu at nang makita ang salad ay 'yon na lang ang pinili ko. "I want a vegetable salad, tapos hmm... A glass of orange juice, please?"
"'Yon lang ba, Miss?" She asked. I nodded, ibinalik ko ang menu kay Wave nanliliit lang ang mata.
"You are not that," he announced.
"Huh? Ano ba dapat ako?"
"Just order food as many as you like, come on. Hindi ka mabubusog sa binili mo."
