(Sky's POV)

"Ryder?" He looked up, "Yes?" "I have something to say...." He sighed, "Is this going to ruin the mood?" I gulped, "Definitely." He sighed and reluctantly rolled off of me, very dramatically. "Oh, god. How do I even say this..." He grabbed my hand and intertwined his fingers with mine, squeezing lightly. "I-Uh... I'm a virgin."I mumbled. He squeezed my hand and I looked up at him, I felt really embarrassed. I knew I was blushing because he was smirking. I punched him in the arm, "I'm serious, Ryder." He grinned, "Oh, I know." He leaned forward and kissed my neck, "But I bet I can change that." I punched him again, "Not funny Ryder." He sighed and leaned back, letting go of my hands. He closed his eyes and let out a deep breath. "Ryder?" "Hmm?" "How did you know I was your mate?" He opened his eyes and looked at the ceiling.

"When I found out my brother, Dusty, had been sent after a wolf, I decided to trail him. Just be sure he wasn't going to get himself killed. No matter how big of an asshole he may be, he's still my brother." I nodded, I would do the same for Luca. I would do anything for that brat. No matter how many times I yelled at him to get out of my room, or to stop touching my stuff, I will always love him. "I followed his scent to the bar and watched from outside, as you went head to head with him." I nodded. "I was about to come in there and stop my brother from hurting you, but then that Alpha showed up, and ruined all my plans." He said it with such venom, I was sure he was angry about Aatos being anywhere near me. "Where you angry about Aatos being that close to me?"

He wrinkled his nose, "I'm going to honest with you, and you may not like my answer." I put my hand on his arm. "It's ok." "I hated how close he was to you. It took all my strength to keep myself from going inside that bar, ripping out his throat, watching him bleed out on the floor and sweeping you out of there. Away from harm's way. Only, I would have been the only harm near you. When I saw how he comforted you, I was somewhat able to relax. He wasn't there to hurt you, he was there to help you." I grinned, "Sweep me out of there?" I playfully made fun of him. He narrowed his eyes, "Careful now, little wolf. Remember that thing you said earlier? About me never being able to touch you again?" A shiver was sent through me, oh, I remembered. But I also remembered just a few minutes ago. Damn, I let him touch me.

"Just because you're a virgin in one way, doesn't mean you aren't in others." I blushed. He grinned evilly. "I knew it. My little wolf isn't just a virgin in that way. But you're a virgin all together, aren't you?" I blushed deeper and looked away. I wanted to look anywhere but him, but he took my chin in his hand and pulled me towards him. "Sky, why are you still a virgin?" I was not prepared for that question. He could have asked me anything else, but he had to know why I was still a virgin. After so many attempts at it, I just could never bring myself to fulfill the deed. Either it wasn't the right situation, it was rushed, or I just wasn't attracted to the guy. Suddenly, my tongue felt too heavy for my mouth. Like I had peanut butter stuck and I couldn't remove it. I swallowed and tried speaking, which wasn't a success. "I-Uh..... I, umm....." I broke my face away from him and sat up in the bed, still blushing.

"Can we please talk about something other than my non-existent sexual life?" He grabbed my arm and turned me towards him. Oh, great, what grand scheme has this fool got for me this time. I didn't resist when he pulled me back into his arms. I leaned into his chest and sighed. "I'll tell you if you promise me one thing." I felt him smile, "Deal, what's the promise." I removed his arm from around me and turned to him. I smiled wickedly, "You have to promise not to touch me for at least a month." He growled. "Wait! I'm not finished, Ryder." He glared. "AND, you have to promise me that I get all the fluffy pillows I want. Because you mister, are a pillow hog." I pointed a finger and him and by the look on his face, I knew I had overstepped the line. He smiled and I shrieked. I ran behind one of the chairs and watched his every move. Which, was a huge mistake.
