Michiyo opened the refrigerator with a pure smile on her face and she was preparing to unload the groceries. 

She's so happy because they're living in an apartment and no longer a hotel. Dabi said the hotel management were starting to get a little suspicious of Michiyo, so he requested Giran for a large sum of money to get her the apartment. In return for the loan, Dabi promised to do things for Giran for free; because there were things that the shady businessman wanted done without getting his own hands dirty with blood...but Michiyo doesn't need to know the truth, all she needed to know was Dabi got her something great and put it in her name. 

"Twice-san, do you want to stay for dinner?" Michiyo looked over her shoulder to see Twice struggling to carry all the groceries into the kitchen. For some reason, Dabi got Twice to carry the heaviest things. Why Twice listened to the patched up villain was a question that will not have an answer.

"And have you poison me?! No thank you!" Twice gently put the groceries down but then he made a heart with his hands and then he wriggled his butt around, "You're my waifu! I'll eat everything and love you for the rest of my life~!" 

"Gross." That was all Dabi had to say about Twice. 

"Not that I don't like the furniture, but it would have been fun if we could have picked them together. Then again, Giran-san's taste isn't half bad." She was happy overall, it felt like she had a home to return to with Dabi. "Let's see, I want to make something healthy. Steamed fish, miso soup, and some tempura shrimps?"

"Dabi, if you're not gonna marry her, I'll marry her. No one can have waifu but me!" 

"Twice, shut up before your dinner is cancelled." 

"Okay~!" For the sake of free dinner, he will shut his mouth. However, he's got one more thing to ask Dabi. "Psst! Dabi! Is Michiyo-chan okay from before?" Even though he started with a psst, he actually said it so loud that Michiyo could hear him.

Dabi sat down on the floor. He could see Michiyo's back from where he sat, a little worried about her after what happened in the supermarket. "Michiyo..." 

Since it will be their last night together, Dabi surprised her with not just an apartment but also another fellow villain who will join the Vanguard Action Squad.

Michiyo greeted Twice, who was in his civilian look, but he had a mask over his mouth.

"My name is Twice, nice to meet you little cutie!" Twice took an instant liking to Michiyo! "Huh, you're kind of ugly." 

"Hm?" Michiyo was not questioning the fact Twice just directly said she was ugly, but the fact he had just contradicted himself. She looked up at Dabi and he just sighed while rolling his eyes.

"Yeah, he's a bit weird in the head too." 

"Oh." 

"He's going to help with the grocery shopping too." 

"I am?" Twice asked.

"You are." 

"I thought you were meeting me up for business!" 

"It is business. I never said it was something serious, did I?" 

"I've been tricked!" 

Despite being tricked, Twice was willingly pushing the trolley for them. 

Michiyo have no need to hide her face, but Twice needed to due to his personal reasons, and Dabi covered his mouth with a mask to hide his identity from others. People did find his purple patches a little off-putting as well as odd because there's a cute girl with him.
