After dying in front of his lover, shattering into fragments of diamond dust, she thought her soul would have disappeared and go to the afterlife. However, she did not disappear. Sen Michiyo was still alive.
Drowning within warmth, Michiyo could feel gentleness. It was like sitting close to a fire during a cold night. She felt warm and her soul felt comfort from it.
Her feet touched the cold metal floor and she could no longer feel the warmth. Instead, she could feel the rain pouring down on her. She could smell the wetness in the air. She opened her eyes and she found herself in a depressing scenery.
"This place..." She looked around her and she recognized this place! The dark green door right in front of her...this was Dabi's old apartment! This was the place where she first met him! Even the setting was the same! A sad colored gray sky with rain pouring down on her. "Dabi..." She knocked on his door just like back then.
She waited and waited...but nobody opened the door for her. "Dabi? Dabi!" No matter how hard she banged against the door, nobody answered her.
Michiyo tried to leave the apartment too. However, she couldn't get very far because she will always restart back to the front of his apartment.
"I'm here again?" It was as if she wasn't allowed to go too far from here. Was it her own tears? Or was it the rain gently coming down her cheeks? She doesn't know which was which.
Time refused to move forward or backward, it was looping again and again with no intentions of letting the rain stop.
What was Michiyo supposed to do? What was she supposed to do in a world that refused to let her go? There was no one she could talk to, no one to hear her cry, and no one to save her. Will the rain ever have an ending? Will this rain wash away what it intended to wash away?

How many years had passed? She remained ageless in this timeless eternity known as loneliness. She was sitting against the green door, holding onto the hope that there was a reason for her to be here. Her body doesn't feel fatigue, illness, or hunger. She wondered if this was her punishment for everything she had done while she was alive.
"Dabi..."
She refused to regret a thing though. She met Dabi, she found her own bouquet of happiness through him. If she had to admit she regret meeting him and falling in love with him in this world, then she'd rather stay here forever and ever. At least this way, she could hold onto the precious memories between him and her.
The precious memories between them. Some were precious, some were fun, and some were painful. Even so, she loved him. She loved Dabi. There were people in this world telling her she shouldn't be with him, but she didn't care and she continued to be with her Hero. Her dream to be happy with him was shattered by the cruel harshness known as reality.
