Chapter 5

morning

I walked downstairs, casually. The smell of pizza moved me into the kitchen. 

I walked to the table and saw candles and a huge pizza. What was all this for? "Will you forgive me?" said a voice from behind me. I turned around and remembered what happened last night.

"I forgive you." I whispered. He stood up and gave me a kiss. "I love you Shawn, I love you so much." I said, kissing him back. Passionately. 

He pointed to my stomach, "She's growing." I smiled and nodded. Shawn gave our princess a kiss and sat down to eat pizza. "So, what's her name going to be then?" I asked. "Aaliyah did suggest Alex." he replied. "But I don't like it." he carried on. "What would you like her name to be then?"I asked, impatiently. "Paige." He replied. "Paige?" I asked. "Paige Mendes." he smiled. "Paige is nice." I said. "But what about Everleigh? Or Ava?" I continued. "Ava Mendes? It doesn't have a flow." I laughed. "Everleigh Mendes isn't too bad." he said.

"What about Francesca? Fran Mendes for short?" I asked. "Our next baby can be Francesca Mendes." he replied. "Next baby??" I asked, shocked. "We agreed on two children right?" he asked. "Oh yes." I reply, my memory was awful. 

Paige Mendes it is. "I'm going to put this on twitter." he said. I laughed at him. He always updated his fans. "Shawn? Shall we play around with them?" I pouted. "What do you mean?" he asked me. "Instead of revealing her name, we reveal her gender and say her name begins with a P." I explained. "I get it, so the fans have to guess her name?" he asked. I nodded. "Lets do that." he laughed.

I smiled as I read his tweet. "Baby P is growing, p.s. its a girl. What do you think her name is?" 

Millions of fans started commenting. "Is it Presley?" asked one fan. "Penelope?" asked another. There were so many name suggestions. I scrolled down and saw Paige being commented. "Either Penelope, Paige or Peyton." more name suggestions were coming down. I tweeted, "CAN'T WAIT 4 BABY P!" 

I turned my notifications off and read some Shailee fanfic. They even had Paige included in it! Paige Mendes, I love you so much. I started to sing my song, Let Me Go. I felt a kick. Her first kick. "SHAWN! SHE KICKED!" Shawn hurried over and placed his hands on her, he smiled as she kicked more. "Paige, my adorable baby, I love you." he said to her. He stroked my stomach and sang her a lullaby. 

"Shawn I don't feel too well so I'm going to sleep." I told him. "I'm coming too." he said, he was so sweet. I smiled. "Shawn, it's only 9:30, you don't have to come." I said. "But I want to." he quickly replied. I gave him a quick peck as he carried he upstairs into our bedroom.

"Can I take a picture of you?" he asked. I laugh and said "Go ahead." I closed my eyes as the flash hit me. "You look beautiful." he whispered. "Your cute." I replied. 

Shawn posted the picture on my instagram, tagging himself. He wrote, "Baby P on the way #2monthspregnant, by the way this is Shawn." I jokingly gave him a light smack on his butt as he laid down next to me. "I love you baby." he kissed me. "I love you so much."

Life Of The Party started to play. It was my ringtone. I grabbed my phone and it was a random number I didn't recognise. '07446509885.' Whose number was that? I answered the phone call. "Hello?" I said. "Hailee Steinfeld?" said a man's voice. "Yes?" I reply. Shawn was listening, silently. "Your having twins." said the man. "What??" Shawn was smiling, widely. "I'm a doctor at the Toronto hospital, you came in two days ago? We have new, stupid staff and they don't know how to work any machine, your having twins." he carried on. "Please come in tommorow at 9a.m. thats the only time I'm free, I'm doctor Nate." he finished. "Ok." I said and ended the phone call. 

"HAILEEEE!!! WE'RE HAVING TWINS!" Shawn was screaming, literally. "It could be a prank, Shawn. We'll tell everyone once it's verified, okay?" I asked. He nodded, grinned and then kissed my stomach. "Paige and Fran?" he asked. "No." I replied. "North." I said, "North and Paige." Shawn smiled. "North and Paige Mendes it is."

Twins. I thought to myself. Twins.
