- Isadora-

We seemed to drive for hours. Never daring to stop.

Finally, Duncan stopped. " There's a house." He said.

Violet looked up, " There."

She patted Duncan's arm, exited. " Keep driving."

We all turned to Violet, confused.

" What?" Duncan asked.

Klaus got it first. " They know the car." He said. " Well have to leave it somewhere else and walk here. There's no garage to hide it in."

I nodded. Looking between Violet and Klaus. How long had they been running for their instincts about it to be this good?

We parked the car at a small convenient store that was a little more than a mile away.

I grabbed my satchel, full with my notebook, pen, one change of cloths, toothbrush, and flashlight.

Violet got Sunny out and carried her as we walked. By the time we reached the house we were all dead on our feet. We were tired, and our cheap material school shoes had already started to break throughout the walk.

Finally, we entered the house.

It was a bit dusty but otherwise the owner kept it in good shape.

There was a desk in the corner of the sun room. A letter on it, it was dated 2014. Years ago.

" Should we check the bedrooms to see which to sleep in?" I asked.

Violet sitting in the couch with a soft thump and closing her eyes was answer enough. For tonight at least, we were staying on the couches. Or at least me and her were. Because she didn't seem in the mood to move, and I wasn't leaving her this soon after finding her.

She was trapped In a room where they played screams of He people she cared about.

- Violet-

I heard Isadora say something but I was too tired to pay attention to her. I fell to the couch instead.

I heard a small amount of walking and murmuring.

Heard Sunny talking.

I felt Duncan come lay beside me and I curled into his warmth.

I felt a warm fuzzy blanket being pulled over us and I sighed. Content.
