Awkward Situations

I woke up to a faint pounding on the door of the room that I had slept in with Isadora last night. I got up and walked over to the wooden door, opening it.

" kajbdsifu" Sunny stated, looking up at me.

" Yes Sunny I did sleep good." I said.

Isadora groaned and rolled over in the bed.

I picked Sunny up, "Come on, we don't want to wake Izzy up."

I walked out and shut the door softly.

I walked downstairs, Sunny in my arms.

I walked through the living room. Not noticing at first my sister and Duncan on the couch.

Unfortunately, eventually I did.

" Ahhhhh!" I yelled.

Violet sat bolt upright and Duncan soon followed.

Violet flushed and pulled the blanket up over herself.

What a great morning.

" My eyes!" I cried out. "OH GODS MY EYES!"

I rushed out of the room, taking Sunny with me. I practically ran into the kitchen.

Violet and Duncan came in just a few minutes after, this time wearing shirts.

" Can we help?" Violet asked sounding sheepish.

I looked up, " Not much to do." I said.

Duncan could obviously see how weird it was becoming and he took Violets hand. " Nero had some money in his car, we took it, we can use it to buy groceries."

Violet nodded, avoiding looking at me. " Let's go."
