Okay so I've decided on the book so I'll give you guys the blurb( Summary thing on the back of a book) that I came up with....
With orphans being outlawed, it is a dangerous life for Emma and her kid sister Hazel. Emma works hard to keep them from being caught, but her efforts can only last so long; end eventually they get caught. Children are taken to The Dome; where it is said that the children die a painful death. They have only one chance. The choosing; where the King's adviser may make an appearance and choose a few children to be spared and taken to the castle to live with the King. Two children are chosen already at the girls choosing, brothers. Emma tries in vain to get the adviser to notice Hazel. But what happens when he chooses her instead?
Okay so it probably sucks but I've got like this whole thing worked out. It's going to be called The Wrong Choice.
