Life Unexpected Part 3, Chapter 52
At The Matriarch Hotel-Olivia and Ned's wedding...
"Thanks, everyone, for coming. We're heading to our honeymoon," Ned said. Tracy came by, "I'm so happy—another grandchild!" said Tracy.
"Thanks, Mother," Ned replied. "Olivia, welcome to the family," Tracy added.
"Thanks," Olivia said. Ned's phone rang. He picked it up. "Ned Quartermaine, Kristina—what is it? Why did you leave early?" Ned asked, then hung up.
"Is everything okay?" Olivia asked. "Kristina wants to talk to me tomorrow. I think something is going on with my girl," Ned said.
"Whatever it is, we can help her," Olivia replied.
They went upstairs as Skye returned to the party and approached Lorenzo.
"Skye, where did you go?" Lorenzo asked.
"Kristina needed my help," Skye replied.
"Is she okay?" Lorenzo asked.
"She will be," Skye said as Carly and AJ approached.
"Skye, when are you coming back to ELQ?" AJ asked.
"I was thinking tomorrow—it's time I get my life back," Skye answered.
"Just don't push it," Lorenzo warned.
"I will not," Skye said.
"Skye, I was thinking of having you in my wedding," Carly said.
"As what?" Skye asked.
"Maid of honor. I have no friends, and I want to make friends for my husband's sake," Carly explained.
"Sure, I'll be honored," Skye said.
"Thanks. We'd also like Lila Rae to be in the wedding," Carly added.
"Sure," Skye agreed.
At Gail's place—Gail was looking at a picture of herself with Lee. There was a knock at the door. It was Harrison.
"Harrison, come in," Gail said. Harrison entered.
"Gail, I did marry after high school, and I loved her, but not like I love you. I never got over you," Harrison admitted.
"Harrison, I moved on, and I loved my husband, who I just lost. I'm not ready to move on," Gail replied.
"I understand," Harrison said.
"Are you upset that I gave our daughter away?" Gail asked.
"No. We couldn't raise Monica; she turned out great," Harrison responded.
"Yes, she did," Gail agreed. Harrison left.
At Kevin's—Kevin and Laura came home.
"That wedding was wonderful, so beautiful," Laura said.
"Yes, it was," Kevin replied.
"Have you ever thought about getting married again?" Laura asked.
"Yes. How about you?" Kevin questioned.
"Yes. I've never given up on love," Laura replied.
"Me neither," Kevin said. They shared a kiss.
