Life Unexpected Part 3, Chapter 9
At Blair and Todd's place—Blair was writing a song when Starr entered the room. "Mom, what are you doing?" Starr asked. "I'm writing a new song for tonight about Skye," Blair replied. "Skye, you hate her?" Starr asked. "Yes, but it's so sad. Skye should be here with her children. A baby needs her mother," Blair said. "Yes, they do. I wouldn't let anyone take Hope from me again," Starr said. "No one will," Blair assured her. "I can't wait to hear your new song," Starr said. "Thanks," Blair responded.
At the Quartermaine mansion—Ned was there when Laura entered the room. "Laura, you had a great race, but I was wondering if you'd be my Deputy Mayor. Max dropped out, and I haven't replaced him yet," Ned said. "If I can save Charles Street and fix it up," Laura replied. "Yes, I do want everyone to have what they need to live," Ned said. "Then, yes," Laura agreed. "Thanks, I get sworn in tomorrow," Ned added.
At the Matriarch Hotel-Alexis was having breakfast with Diane. "I have an idea. Let's open a law firm together," Alexis suggested. "I like that," Diane said. "Good," Alexis replied as Ava approached. "Ava?" Alexis said. "Alexis, I really wish you were DA so you could bring Lorenzo Alcazar down," Ava said. "Ava, I know you're sad about Julian, but you need to be careful around Lorenzo," Alexis advised. "He doesn't scare me," Ava said and then left. "I hope we don't have a mob war," Diane said. "Me too," Alexis agreed.
