At Jerome/Rappaport Art Gallery — Lindsey came in; she was meeting with Ava this morning. "Ava, we need to talk," Lindsey said. She had been hiding a secret that shocked her too: Lindsey was pregnant with Julian's child.
At Carly's — Carly and AJ were in bed, and Carly was looking at her ring. "I never thought we would be engaged," Carly said. "Me either. We're going to work on this. Neither of us is perfect, and we accept that," AJ replied. "Yes, we do," Carly agreed. "Carly, what is it?" AJ asked. "I was just wondering why Brenda is back," Carly responded. "Who cares? Anyway, Skye is getting out of the hospital today, and I want to tell her about us," AJ said. "Yes, warn her about Brenda too," Carly added. "Skye has nothing to worry about. Lorenzo loves Skye. He's not Luis," AJ reassured her. "Yeah," Carly agreed.
At The Matriarch Hotel — Brenda's room. Brenda was thinking about last night when a young boy entered her room. "Mommy," he said.
At Alexis — Jax was standing outside, looking out the window, wondering why Brenda was back. Alexis came in, wearing her robe, and hugged Jax. "I'm going to lose you to Brenda," Alexis said. Jax turned around. "No, you're not going to lose me. Brenda's my past; that's all. But I need to find out why she's here," Jax responded. "I know you need to see if Brenda's in trouble," Alexis said. "If Brenda's in trouble, I'm not saving her," Jax replied. "You need to make peace with Brenda so you can move forward," Alexis advised. "Yes," Jax agreed.
