Life Unexpected Part 3, Chapter 4
At the Quartermaine mansion — Monica came home, put her bag on the table, and poured herself a drink as Alan entered the room. "Pour me a drink," Alan said. Monica poured him a drink too, and they sat down. "I take it you had a day too," Monica said. "I try to tell Lorenzo that Skye is not going to wake up. He's not listening to me. I don't want to be right, but Skye is not going to wake up from this," Alan said. "I'm sorry, but no, Skye is giving up," Monica said. "Yes. How was your day?" Alan asked. "I found out who my biological mother is," Monica said. "Who? I've sure been here for you," Alan asked. "It's okay. I can handle this on my own. Anyway, it's Gail; she's my mother," Monica said. "Wow. How do you feel about it?" Alan asked. "I do have questions, but I'm glad it was someone I know," Monica said. "Me too," Alan said.
At Lorenzo/Skye — Lorenzo came home with the twins, Savannah and Callie. "This is your home. Soon your mother will be home," Lorenzo said as Lila Rae, the Nanny, and Christopher entered the room. "Daddy," Lila Rae said. "Lila Rae, Savannah, and Callie are home," Lorenzo said. "What about Mommy?" Lila Rae asked. Lorenzo handed the twins to the nanny. Lorenzo took Lila Rae and Christopher by the hand, and they sat down on the couch. "Your mother hasn't woken up yet, but she will. We have to believe that. So, while we wait, I need you both to help me with the twins," Lorenzo said. "It's the twins' fault!" Lila Rae yelled. "Lila Rae, it's not the twins' fault. It just happened. Now, I need you to be a good big sister," Lorenzo said. "Yes, Daddy," Lila Rae replied. The nanny took the children upstairs, and Lorenzo sat down at his desk to look at the computer.
