At a mansion, a woman enters carrying a baby boy, followed by a man with a little girl. 'I'm so glad I get to carry our son home. It's so sad about that woman, Skye, who just had twins and went into a coma,' Ivy said. 'It is sad,' Ian replied. 'We are blessed,' Ivy added as the nanny entered the room. 'Mr. and Mrs. Winthrop,' she said. 'Suzanne, come meet Ethan,' Ivy said. 'He's beautiful,' Suzanne responded. 'Yes, he is,' Ivy agreed. 'Suzanne,' Amanda, who is six years old, called out. 'Amanda, let's go get you a snack,' Suzanne said, taking both kids. 'I need to go to the office. The Quartermaines are trying to take a deal from me,' Ian explained. 'Good luck,' Ivy said, kissing Ian goodbye as he left.
At General Hospital—Skye's room, Skye was still in a coma. A doctor was examining her when Lorenzo entered. 'Who are you? You aren't a doctor here,' Lorenzo asked. 'No, I'm not. I was hired to examine your wife,' the man said. 'It wasn't by me, so stop!' Lorenzo yelled. 'I'm not going to hurt your wife,' the man assured him. 'Let's talk outside,' Lorenzo suggested, and they stepped into the hallway. 'I was hired to look at your wife. I'm an expert in coma patients,' he explained. 'Who hired you?' Lorenzo asked as Jax approached. 'I did. Dr. Harrie is a great doctor and wants to help Skye,' Jax said. 'Skye is my wife, not yours, and I will choose her doctor. I have a doctor on the way. Skye's health is my business, not yours. Stay out of this, Jax,' Lorenzo said. 'Alright, I was just trying to help,' Jax responded. 'You just want to be my wife's hero,' Lorenzo retorted before leaving. 'I'm sorry,' Jax said. 'It's okay,' the doctor replied.
Back in Skye's room, still in a coma, Lorenzo entered and took her hand. 'I will save you, Skye,' Lorenzo declared. A doctor then entered. 'I'm Dr. Hayward,' he introduced himself. 'Dr. Hayward, please save my wife,' Lorenzo pleaded.
