Hush, Hush

On top of me, Envy sat up in disapointment. "That's It?!" I nodded. "Yep, that's it. " I looked up. Damn it Mira! DAMN IT! My mind screamed. "completely it." I muttered. "you were blushing, because you like chickens!?" I nodded. With that, he let go of my arms and sat to the side, staring at the ground in disbelief. "You okay?" I asked, sitting up. "yep." He said flatly. "I never realized that you were so boring!"He scoffed while walking out. While he walked out, he shook his head.

"So,  basically, The Princess  is in love with the shadow prince ?" Wrath asked me. I nodded. "Yeah, Princess Linza is in love with the shadow prince," I smiled at him. "That's not very smart, Sure, He saved her life, but He also tortured her kind and tried to kill her," Pride pointed out. "yes, I know," I looked down at the book in my lap. I started reading Wrath and Pride a book written by my favorite authors. The book was called Shadows so Dark. It's a story about an alternative universe where all of the cities and countries have different names and Magical creatures, and magic exist. There are different kingdoms ruled by wolvrens and discrimination between creatures and Humans. "May I continue?" I asked the two boys. They nodded. I began reading once again. "I stared into the Prince's blue eyes. 'I-' I couldn't get the words out. 'Well, two more things on this list then we're out of here,' The prince said. 'Fall in love and have a baby, but we only have to choose one... How the hell you supposed to fall in love if we're stuck in here?' He added with an annoyed look. With a swift movement and a gentle swish of my dress, I gently took his face and kissed him. He looked surprised and the world spun around us. We appeared back in the Shadow kingdom. I opened my eyes to looked at his face. eyes closed while kidding me back 'What's your name anyways?' I asked him once I pulled away. 'M-Mairon' The prince stuttered, still shocked. 'Wait-does that mean-" I put my finger to his lips. 'Yes, I am in love with you.' I said as he grinned. 'Amazing,'- And that, boys is the end of today's chapter!" I looked at the boys. they were both pale. "Keep reading, Mira! Don't stop!" Pride cried. "What happens next? Do they date? How do the wolvren react!?!" He looked at me frantically.  "Keep reading Mira!" Wrath pleaded. "Two chapters a day, Boys," I smiled and tucked the book in the bookshelf. "After we finish this series, we can read Superhero academy." Both of the boys nodded. I stood and stretched, the boys did the same. "So, Mira. Can you tell me why Envy is acting strange?" Pride asked. "what? He's acting strange?" I asked. Pride nodded. "He's being too nice," My eyes widened. What if it's about earlier? I wondered. "Well, I don't know why he would be acting strange, I bet he has a reason though." I said.

Envy's POV

That's all she had to tell me?! Seriously!? I thought as I looked down at all of the pathetic humans from the roof. No, She's not pathetic. She makes me feel strange, like I've never felt before. I sighed. Why do her eyes have to be so hypnotizing? And her hair, Why does she never let her hair down? She's so mysterious. I thought.  I thought about her awkwardly brushing her hair. her blushing, and what I've done. I heard yelling coming from Mira's room. It was Pride. Is he trying to kill her again!? I worried. I stood and ran down to her room. 

Mira's POV

Envy came barreling into my room. "Are you okay?!" He said, panicked. "What? Yeah! I'm fine,"  I said, turning from the bookshelf to face him. He was pale. "Envy, You don't look so good, you should sit down," I recommended. He shook his head, panting. "No, I'm fine," He said. I pushed him down onto the bed. "I said sit." Envy looked at me with wide eyes and nodded. There he went with being Mr. Strange. Pride and Wrath looked at him. Wrath stood. "We should leave you two alone," He said with a smile. He pulled Pride up and they both left the room, closing the door behind them. HOW DO THEY KNOW!? My head screamed. I worked on staying calm. I went and sat next to him. "What's wrong?" I asked. Envy covered his face. "I heard Pride yell and I thought he was getting mad at you," He said. I smiled softly. "you know he wouldn't do that." I assured him. Suddenly, he hugged me tightly. "E-Envy? What's wrong?" He trembled and just sat there, not answering me. "You're special to me," He said. "I just got worried...I'm glad you're alright," He looked at me. "I know you want to go home to your sister, and I know you don't like being here....with monsters." He looked down. "Well I-" He stopped me and looked at me. "You're going home some time, I just need to figure out when, and how." He sighed and locked his eyes with mine. They're so pretty, I thought. God I love him.. My mind cringed. You don't love him, Mira! He's a homunculus! He's evil!  But...maybe he feels the same, and he's hiding it. I saw his slit pupils dilate a bit, and my "trance" was broken. I sighed and took my eyes away. "What do you mean by how?"  Envy blinked. "Oh, Well, Its nothing." He sighed. I nodded. Maybe I don't want to leave. I thought. Maybe I want to stay here with him, Wrath, Pride, Lust, Gluttony, And The others. In that moment, I realized the truth. I don't want to leave.
