A Bit Early

I yawned, stretching. I fell asleep on the couch. Again. This had been the third time that I fell asleep while reading. I found my book on the floor and marked the page. I looked to my stomach, rubbing it. Eight months, one more to go. I bit my lip. Was I ready to be a mom? I sure as hell didn't feel like it, but Envy thought I was. Speaking of Envy, Where was he? I looked around the house, then found a note.

                                             Ran into town to pick up a few things, 

                                                              I'll be back soon.

I sighed. Okay, That's good. I thought, then I remembered something.  My friend, Michi, wanted me to come over.  Michi is Roy's neice, and a good friend of mine. Michi and I met a year ago when I heard of her son, who was a homunculus. She brought him to me so I could meet him, and that's how we became friends. She invited me to her house, which is basically a mansion, and she said she had someone for me to meet.

I knocked on the door and her son answered. "Hey Cody!" I said with a smile. His eyes lit up and he took my hand, taking off. I walked behind him until he let go of my hand in the living room. I looked up and saw Greed sitting on the couch. "Greed!" I said with wide eyes. He grinned. "Hey shortie, Nice to see you.  Thanks for saving my ass, too." He stood and crouched down to get to my level. "You too, Greed." I said. He grinned more. He walked to me and hugged me, I hugged back. "So, you hooked up with Envy, Huh?" He asked. I nodded, Blushing. He laughed. "My baby brother actually loves someone now!" He said, laughing. I laughed as well. "Yeah, Crazy right? I broke him." Greed laughed harder. "Which way?"

I felt a false contraction which was pretty normal now since my body was starting to get  ready to have my sweet Millie. I sat down taking a deep breath. Greed looked to me, slightly worried. "You alright?" He asked. I nodded. "False contraction, that's all," I assured him, then the contraction got worse. I bit my lip, taking deeper breaths. Greed looked even more. "You sure?" He asked. I nodded. "Y-Ye-" My eyes shot open

My water broke.

All hell was set lose. Greed  panicked.  "What do we do?!" He yelled. I shrugged. "Uh...Oh! Call Envy!" He said. He got me a phone and called Envy, saying the dumbest thing possible. "Hi Envy, Wanna know a secret? I'm in Labor!" Of course, Envy freaked out. I told him where I was and sat, waiting. 

She was coming NOW.
