Peter POV

The past few minutes replay in my mind. I punched Ellie. I physically hurt her. I would never have laid a hand on her if I had know she........I would never think of touching her like that! It's completely wrong!

Why did she choose Captain America?! If he hadn't have got her to join him, this wouldn't have happened. It's his fault that I had to hurt Ellie like that.

I see him beside a plane. I swing over to him but he throws his shield at me and cuts the web, but I land successfully. He catches his shield.

"That thing does not obey the law of physics at all!" I say.

"Look kid, there's a lot going on here you don't understand" he replies.

"Mr Stark said you'd say that" I say before webbing his legs and making him fall over. I pull him towards me and kick him back.

"Why did you make Shadow do this?! She didn't want to!" I say angrily.

"I didn't make her do anything. She made a choice, and besides, it's nothing to do with you" he replies, getting up off the ground and running towards his shield.

This makes me angry. "It has everything to do with me! You messed up her head" I yell, webbing his arms and holding him back. He yanks the webs and swings me onto the ground.

"Mr Stark said you were crazy" I mutter underneath my breath, but I think he hears me as he throws his shield at this metal pillar, knocking something big and heavy on top of me. I quickly get up and catch it, but I'm struggling to hold it up.

"You've got heart kid. Where are you from?" He asks me.

"Uh.....Queens" I say, my arms getting weaker and weaker.

"Brooklyn" he nods before running off.

Ugh, his smug face pisses me off so much. I manage to get the big metal thing off me, but out of nowhere, the guy that's in the red and grey suit is now huge! "Holy shit!" I exclaim.

"Okay, anybody on our side hiding any shocking and fantastic abilities they'd like to disclose, I'm open to suggestions!" Tony says through the earpiece. He sounds a bit stressed out. Suddenly I have an idea.

"Hey guys! You ever see that really old movie 'Empire Strikes Back'?" I shout as I web my way around the giant guy. "You know that part when they're on the snow planet? With the walking thingies?!". I web around the giants guy's legs, tying them together.

Tony and Rhodes catch on and they hit the guy in the jaw, knocking him over. "Yes! That was awesome!" I shout. Suddenly, the big guy hits me and sends me crashing onto the the ground.
Someone grabs me, and I fight them off, but then I realize it's Tony.

"Oh. Hey man. That was scary" I sigh with relief.

"Yeah you're done, alright? Stay down" he says lowly.

"What?! I'm fine!" I say trying to get up.

"Go home or I'll call Aunt May! You're done!" He says sternly before running off.

I go to get up, but the pain is too much so I  take a time out and stay lying down.

I feel like my head is gonna explode with all these thoughts racing through my mind. I still can't believe Ellie is Shadow. She was lying to me all this time. We would have never been in this mess if she had told me.

Well, I guess I could have told her I was Spider-Man but that's besides the point. What else is she lying about? Is her dad even in the military? What if her name isn't actually Ellie Florez?
