After helping the sisters pack, you set off on your journey home. The front of the wagon had enough room for the three of you so you all sat together and got to know each other better. Talking to Rosie, you found out that she was 17 years old while Alice was 28. They seemed to be very close and seeing them interact showed just how much they admired each other. Rosie was just as kind and beautiful as Alice had said, she truly was a sweet girl.

You wondered how the other sins would feel about you taking on an apprentice. The idea, in the beginning, was to take Alice and Rosie away, giving them a chance to live somewhere else so that Alice wouldn't feel abandoned anymore. To be honest, you hadn't planned to take Alice on as an apprentice. You thought that you'd help her get a job in a bakery and then let her get on with life, but the idea of that made you feel as if you had given her false hope. The thought of letting someone down broke your heart, you wanted to keep Alice around.

In the heat of the moment, you were filled with anger in the presence of their parents and began spouting about her becoming your apprentice. You were worried that you wouldn't do a good job, you just hoped that telling her everything that you know and teaching her how to fight would be adequate. Alice was a special girl and you wished to show her how amazing she actually was. If she got in better shape and gained some confidence, you were sure that she would make a great apprentice. And with this, you hoped that you would make a good teacher.

As you entered Liones, the people began pointing you out, welcoming you. Alice seemed quite surprised by the effect you had on them, they seemed to love you.

"Wow," she whispered, looking around at the large kingdom which surrounded her. Her smile was wide, as was her sister's. Neither had ever been anywhere like this, it was an experience to remember. As you travelled further into town, you glanced at them.

"I know someone who's currently selling their house, you can live there. A bakery is on the bottom level while the second story is a living area, for work I thought you could reopen it or something," you suggest, rubbing the back of your neck nervously at the thought of them hating the idea. But both looked excited.

"Amazing, thank you so much!" Rosie announces, hugging her sister. You chuckled, it was nice to see the two so close. It reminded you of your own sister. The journey continued, ending soon when you noticed the bakery up ahead. Parking the wagon and horses in front of it, you jumped off and helped both girls to the ground. They both thanked you before rushing to the bakery window, staring in with sparkling eyes.

"Wow, this is so cool," Alice enthuses. You smile and unlock the door, holding it open for them to enter.

"Go in and have a look around, I'll start taking stuff down." But before they entered, you were hugged. Both girls held you tightly, forcing you to release the door to return the embrace.

"Thank you so much," Alice sniffles, wiping the fresh tears from her cheeks. You smiled warmly down at her, patting her head affectionately.

"You deserve to live a happy life, Alice, you too Rosie. Taking you in was my motherly instinct kicking in," you laugh. Alice smiles happily, placing her hands on your stomach.

"Does your fiance know yet?" she asks. You shake your head, turning to look at Rosie as she squeals.

"Oh my goodness, you're pregnant." You nod, holding a finger to your lips.

"I am, he'll find out soon enough. But when we were reunited it all slipped my mind, I was so excited to see my friends and family again as well as worrying for Alice. So much was going on that I didn't have a second to stop and think about him." You rub your hands over your stomach, feeling the very small yet unnoticeable bump.

"Now, we better get unpacking before it gets dark." The sisters nodded and rushed to the wagon, pulling furniture down. It would definitely take a while to fully unpack but you knew you could do it.

At first, you thought it was going to take a long time, especially since both Alice and Rosie wouldn't let you. But it was finished in a few hours with the help of some of the town's people, kindly lending them a hand. They were kind and welcoming to the sisters, making friends easily. Sitting in the small stable beside the bakery, you stroked the side of one of the horses. Both girls wished to keep the horses, only selling the wagon. Once finished, Alice approached you and fed both horses.

"Thank you again for everything," she says softly. You smile and get up, walking with her into the bakery where Rosie was wiping down the counter, everyone else gone.

"It's fine, anyway, what are you two going to do now?" you asked. Rosie stopped cleaning and hummed, her hand resting on her chin.

"We have some food left behind as gifts, I was thinking of cooking." You shook your head.

"Come home with me, I'd like for you to properly meet my family, Ban can cook something for you." Alice looked nervous.

"Are you sure it's okay, we don't want to intrude." Shaking your head once more, you let out a small amount of laughter.

"You're both welcome in my house and I know that Ava and Ban won't be bothered by your presence at all. They'll greet you and then latch onto me, there's nothing to worry about. Do you trust me?" Alice nods slowly, Rosie coming over.

"Okay, I would like to go. I want to meet your daughter, how old is she?"

"Fifteen, you're only two years older than her." She smiles softly.

"It would be nice to make some friends around my age, mother and father were very protective and didn't let me hang around the other kids," Rosie explains.

"Ava is a sweet girl, I'm sure she'd like to have another friend." As the three of you left the bakery, you spoke about your daughter, sharing stories with the sisters. Both were particularly interested in your past, your parents dying from a plague, living on the streets with your sister, losing her and becoming a thief. Then how you changed all that and became the eighth deadly sin, engaged to the fox sin of greed,

Arriving at the door of your house, you knocked on the door, immediately hearing footsteps running towards it. Not only one, but two. The door swung open, slamming against the wall beside it, two pairs of arms latching onto you tightly.

"You're back!" Ava cheers, hiding her face in your side. Ban didn't give you time to comprehend anything and kissed you, sending heat to your cheeks. When they both pulled away, you cleared your throat, your face bright red as Ban continued to hold your hand.

"I brought guests, please behave." Both Ban and Ava peeked around you, noticing the blushing girls.

"Uh nice to meet you," Ava greets the two, waving. They both returned the gesture and smiled. There was a moment of silence before you decided to proceed, allowing Ban to hold onto you.

"Let's go inside."
