Chapter 14: Mistakes

*I'm just gonna skip the last event because I have no idea what to put in it 😂*

It was the day we were going back home, I was going to miss everyone like crazy. "Almost ready?" Mahogany asked as I finished packing my stuff. "Yup." I zipped up my suitcase and threw my bag over my shoulder. It was storming out today, so I had on my black skinny jeans, a white tank top that said 'Cali', my black Obey sweatshirt (zip up) over top just not zipped up, and my all white converse. It was 7:00am when we went into the hall to wait for the rest of them. Mrs. Grier & Sky were out there by the elevator. "Lexee!" Skylynn said running to me. I smiled and picked her up. "Hi cutie."

"I'm gonna miss you." she said hugging me. "I'm gonna miss you too Sky." "Y'all ready?" I heard Nash ask walking down the hall to us with the rest of the group. We nodded and walked into the elevator. Mrs. Grier took Skylynn back since the guys wanted to hug me. "I'm actually coming down to LA in a few days, so then I can see you." Taylor smirked. "Really? I can't wait." I smiled at him. I was going to miss everyone so so so so so much. The doors opened to the lobby revealing all the fans screaming. We made it to the limos and got in. My hair got a little wet from the rain but that's okay.

At the airport~

We met up with the rest of them when we arrived at the airport. Our gates were somewhat near each other, but when we finally made it to them, we had to say our goodbyes. We got one last group photo on ours phones to post. "Goodbye Taylor." I smiled at him and he pulled me into a hug. "Bye beautiful." I felt tears forming, why was I crying? It was only for a week before we went to Georgia, but these kids were my new family. I held the tears in and continued to hug everyone. "Don't forget me." Shawn smirked. "Of course not Shawn." I smiled and hugged him too. "Good luck with your music. I'll miss you." I whispered to him. "I'll miss you too." I said goodbye to Hayes, Sky, and Mrs. Grier. They were going back to North Carolina.

"Gate A23 is now boarding to Los Angeles, Gate A23." That was us, Me, Cam and Nash. I waved to the guys and walked with Nash and Cameron to our gate. We boarded the plane and I got the window seat again. "You alright?" Cameron smiled at me. "Yeah. I just know I'm going to miss everyone like crazy." "It's only a week apart Lexee." Nash laughed at me. I rolled my eyes and giggled. I could make it through, right?

1 hour & 5 minutes later~

*& yes that is the actual flight duration haha*

We were about to land when I realized I never told them what it was like landing at airport being me. "Um guys..." I shook them awake. "What happened!?" Nash asked frantically. I laughed, "Nothing. We're about to land, but I need to warn you guys about something." Cameron and Nash looked at each other like 'Oh shit what is it?' "Number one, there will be tons of paparazzi, and number two there will be tons of fans for me. But seeing you guys it'll most likely multiply by three." "Oh, we're used to it don't worry." Nash said repositioning himself in his seat. "We'll see about that." I said under my breath looking back out the window.

Our plane landed and we exited getting our luggage. I put my hood up from my sweatshirt as I got my suitcase, duffle bag, and backpack. Before I knew it a ginormous swarm of paparazzi and fans surrounded us. I tried to take as many pictures as I could with them as we walked. Nash and Cameron looked as scared as hell which made me laugh. "You're right Nash. You're SO used to this stuff." We got outside and found Cameron's car in the parking lot. People stared at the big crowd we drew outside wondering who they were chasing. "Phew. That was crazy." I said buckling up in the passengers seat. They were out of breath at the moment.

We drove back to our neighborhood and surprisingly Cameron remembered where I lived. I saw Heidi's car parked in front of my house, and my parents cars. Hm, they took off of work for me? "Who's that?" Cam asked pointing at the car as we drove up into the driveway. "Heidi." "Oh, the one that like, loves me?" He winked. "Haha, yeah.." We got out of the car and went to the trunk. "Ahhhh!" I heard Heidi scream as she opened the front door and came running to me. I got my suitcase out and hugged her. "OMG I missed you SOOO much Lex!" I laughed, "I missed you too!" She finally let go of me and noticed Cameron and Nash leaning against the back of the car.
