Unexpected Situation

Author's Point Of View:

After the dreadful event at the front yard, all princes went to their individual works. But not before consoling Taehyung. One way or another, they sensed Taehyung's restlessness. Jungkook gave him pats on his shoulder. Although, He himself was worried. Namjoon tried to convince him that they will do everything they can to protect the humans. Jimin was just giving him a look of concern.

But Taehyung was on the other world of thinking.

He didn't even listened to what they said to him. Without saying or replying anything to them, he just walked away from them.

His pace was slow. It almost looked like he was lost. All the way to his room, he was staring at the ground. He reached the desk area in his room and sat himself in his chair. He ran his hand through his hair frustratedly.

what happened a moment ago, was something he was so afraid about. And now he has to face the harsh reality. A reality where he can permanently lose Rose. Forever.

He shivered at that.

there's another thing that frustrates him even more. And that is,

Why even he cares about her that much to do anything for her?

As much as he wanted to learn about this feelings for Rose, he has to bring Lucifer down first. He knows this too well that, if Lucifer really set him to choose between her and the kingdom, he can't do anything about it. On the other hand, he can't just hand over Rose to him.

If a human has a soul, who have done lots of crimes in his life, only then he would have hand over the human to Lucifer.

But that wasn't the case. It is a pure soul. Rose has a pure soul. That's why he is so afraid. He was praying internally. He didn't want to be in that kind of harsh situation. But his gut is telling him to be prepared. Something awful is going to happen.

Two Days

In two days, the devil himself gonna come at the castle. God knows how long Lucifer is going to stay here. But whatever he will do, Taehyung can't do anything about it. It was forbidden to disrespect other kingdom's royalty when it comes to establish friendship between the two kingdoms.

A long ago, the ancestors made some rule that should be followed by every vampire. And if a vampire dares to break it, then he/she will burn alive until his/her last breath. It was a great curse given by a witch who have died during a war. She have lived thousand and thousand of years. Just her daughter survived, who is now a powerful witch on Taehyung's side. Her name is Ariel. She was the one who enchanted the rooms of the castle to keep the human scent hidden.

Despite the outcome,

Taehyung was willing to give everything in him to keep Rose safe. Little did he knew,

If it's for a mate to keep her safe then, it's not forbidden.

And..Taehyung doesn't know about Rose being his mate.

But..

He was still willing to try everything just for Rose to be safe.

Taehyung's Point Of View:

For now I have to keep my mind clear in this mess. But I can't seem to have it. It's way to stressful than I thought it would be. Lately I am feeling too lonely and I don't know why. It's not like I haven't been alone before. Than why this loneliness is way too impactful?

I sighed. Guess I really need to find a company or I will explode maybe. With that, I made my way towards my door and went outside.

After some moment, I found myself walking towards Rose's room.
