Finally, it was the day when Lucifer decided to take his leave from Aurelia Kingdom. It was a sudden decision of the Vante's King. It was the day of the celebration for the two kingdoms official alliance. Many commoner vampires were invited. Everyone was speculating different opinions on what could have change his mind this sudden. He loves his ego more than anything and it's almost surreal to think that he didn't get his revenge on whatever the conflict was about between the kingdoms. And today? He threw a celebration ball promising the alliance between the kingdoms.

And then right in the middle of the ball, out of nowhere, Lucifer just ordered the prince and princesses to gather in the grand hall saying,

"As much as I wanted to spend some more time with your King, I can't help but leave. I have some important duties back in my kingdom. I enjoyed a lot during my stay here actually. Besides, your King seem to have so much to think and decide right now. He is the King after all. I shouldn't bother him more"

And then, the hall got filled with so many whispers and chatters of the commoner vampires. Some were happy that the crude King will finally leave from their kingdom. Some were still skeptical about the situation.

Just like the Royals.

Namjoon couldn't help but snap his head towards Lucifer when the 'leave' word escaped from his mouth. His eyes were narrowed suspiciously as he stared at the side profile of the Vante's King. So did Suga and Jin. Jin was trying to find everything in mind that can lead to the King's sudden leave. Because, whatever it was, it didn't felt good at all. Like, something is so very wrong that they don't know of.

Lucifer didn't even let them know that he was leaving today.

Hoseok tried to read his mind again and again. But, of course he knew he couldn't do that. Still, tried to. Just in case, by any chance, Lucifer kept his mind open to read? He sighed frustratedly to himself and turned to look at Suga to let it confirm 'I can't read his mind'. Suga then set his eyes on the Vampire King who was now smirking wildly as if he just won a game. A game of wicked intentions.

Jimin and Jungkook was scowling and groaned in contentment. Jimin was internally beating the King's butt.
'Well, no one wanted you here in the first place BITCH' and did that slapping sign with his right hand towards Lucifer when he wasn't looking. Jungkook was content and suspicious at the same time. He looked at the princesses, having the puzzled face that he have never seen before on them.

Lilly was frowning as she looked for the main person who should have been in here to witness all these mess. But, with no luck.

Taehyung wasn't present at the ball

The commoner vampires didn't even acknowledged their King's absence since he would always do things like this where he wouldn't show up for a ceremony or an occasion. So it's very common for them. But, that doesn't add up well with the Royals though. They knew it very well that if something related to Lucifer, Taehyung had to be there and gave his all attention to it. But, he is not here.

That fuels Namjoon even more to think that something is going on right under their nose that all of them are unaware of. Something might have happened behind closed doors when the two King's were 'chatting' with each other in Taehyung's office.

As if these thoughts struck all the princes chords, they began to give each other glances with the silent 'where is Tae' look. The princesses were watching their glances expectantly. But, they all had same expression of 'i don't know' or 'no idea'.
