A few days had passed , Alex and Liam still had some holiday left while Stella had to work at her part time job .

"So Alex , I've been meaning to ask you ." Liam paused the game they were so into . "How was your date with Stella ?"

"It didn't happen ." Alex looked at the plain ceiling , trying to conceal his tears .

"Oh I'm sorry ." Liam said with sympathy .

"It's fine , I mean she had to work so it's not like she purposely cancelled ." Alex reassured them both .

"Guess who I have a date with " Liam smirked with eyes that just said the words oh no . "Sasha "

"Um what ?!" Alex gave him this glare . "My sister , you have a date with my sister ."

"Yeah , have any objections ?" Liam asked seriously this time .

"If you have no intention of loving her your whole life , you may as well end it ." Alex said bluntly .

"Trust me , I've never been so sure about something my whole life ." Liam said , he was smiling but he kept questioning . Was it okay to move on ? Would Sasha do the same thing as Grace ? Would Sasha leave him just like her ? He was so unsure if it was all going to be okay .

Alex could read Liam easily "It will be okay as long as you love her ."

"You're right , I don't know what I was so worried about ." He giggled trying to laugh the pain away . "How's your mom doing ?"

Alex gave a big sigh "Not too good , her condition has worsened and it's said she might even die before expected ."

"I'm sorry man ." Liam responded . "How's Stella and the baby ?"

"We going for an ultra sound in a few days ." Alex said . He was regretting not noticing Stella's pain , this could of been avoided if Alex had just told her how he felt sooner , she could of been safer sooner .

"Don't blame yourself , it's not your fault ." Liam said . Time passed and all their was , was silence .

Stella opened the door happily "Hey guys , I have the next week off , isn't that great ?" Putting her bag in her room she walked out tying her hair up "What's for dinner ?"

"We haven't decided yet ." Liam replied .

"Oh. In that case , I'll surprise you ." Stella said cheerfully . She hadn't really cooked much so she wanted to do something nice for them .

"That sounds great ! I've always enjoyed your food ." Liam complimented and she blushed modestly .

Alex got off of the couch and walked to the kitchen , resting his upper half of his body on the surface where Stella began to chop some veggies . "Let's go get a drink tomorrow night , the four of us ."

"The four of us ? Who else is coming ?" Stella asked curiously , she wandered was the time she spent working thrown him off of her ? Was he into someone else ?

"Sasha got out a few days ago . So it will be Liam , Sasha , you and I ." Alex gave a little smirk it was like he was thinking of something that made his heart feel weird .

"Oh so like a double date ?" Stella clicks her fingers.

"Yeah something like that ." Alex looked up at her pale face , it was charming from his view . Stella continued to chop and didn't really notice how deeply he was starring at her .

*The next day*

"Woah I'm ready to party !" Liam stood up and shouted to Alex as he walked out of his room .
