"You're working yourself too hard." I felt a pair of arms wrap around my neck. I turned expecting to see Chris standing there but no... There was no one there. I'm starting to hallucinate. I haven't eaten. I haven't slept since the crash. I haven't even left my room. I took off my glasses and gripped the bridge of my nose in tired frustration.

"If you're tired, you should rest." I turned my head to see Chris lying in bed. I could feel myself start to smile but that stopped the moment he began to fade away.  Stop falling for it, Logan. It's just a trick your tired brain is playing on you.

"Breathe..." His voice whispered in my ears. I gripped my hair and let out a frustrated groan. I got up from my desk and made my way to the bed. "You're making yourself sick."

"Shut up, Chris." I whispered to no one. I grabbed a pillow and hugged it close. Why was this making me upset? Why did I feel like crying? I was the one who told him to leave. So why is he the only one I'm seeing? "You're not real."

"I'm worried about you." I looked over to see him lying next to me, a concerned look in his eyes. I groaned tossing my pillow at him and watched as his figure dissipated like disturbed dust. "I care about you, Logi Bear."

"SHUT UP, CHRIS!!

"Logan?" I chucked a mug from my nightstand at the person in my doorway. My eyes went wide as they caught it before it could hit them, making me very guilty over it having happened. They dropped there hand and my heart sank. "You ok, kiddo?"

"I'm fine Patton." He walked over and placed the mug on the nightstand before sitting next to me on the bed.

"You were just yelling at no one." I looked over at him and his face softened. How long had he been there? "Logan, have you been sleeping ok?"

"I'm fine, Patton. I have a lot of work to do so if you could..." He got this look of offense and i just scoffed. "Seriously, Patton. I need to get back to it."

"No, what you should do come and have lunch with us. Virgil's been upset and Deceit is started to hide away again..."

"AND NONE OF THAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY!" His eyes widened and I rolled my eyes getting up and going back over to my desk. Patton got up and grabbed my arm forcing me to look at him. "There you sons, you fix it. I have work to do."

"Logan... What happened to decorating the tree with Virgil? What happened to..."

"Some of us have responsibilities that need to be focused on. Not all of us can throw themselves into this stupid holiday just so they can escape reality. Your reality is that not everyone gives a shit, Pat. Not everyone cares. It's time you faced that and GROW THE FUCK UP!" I slammed my hands down on my desk causing a pile of papers to topple over and Patton gasped out in shock. I looked away slightly ashamed of what I had just said but unable to apologize for it. "Just go away, Patton. I have a lot of work to do."

"If you keep pushing people away, you're just going to lose everything with any actual meaning in your life." I glanced behind me just long enough to see head for the door. "Think that one over, Logic."

The door closed and I slumped down in my chair, screaming out my frustration. I looked at the mess of papers on my desk and a cringed. There has got to be a much better way to do this. I am logic. I should have a system. Not this mess of stress. The lights began to flicker and I groaned. I get it ok. I messed up, you don't have to keep crashing to tell me th...

Everything went dark but there was no chill, meaning this crash wasn't my fault. I don't understand. Who caused the crash? It doesn't matter, I have to get back to work.

I had managed to finally finish all the back work that had piled up on my desk. I was proud. I was exhausted. I was more than a little lonely. To summarize I was a moron.

I looked back at my door and sighed. I hadn't seen the real Chris since this all started. The only person I did see, I pushed away. Virgil probably hates me right now. And Roman...

"Logan!" I jumped in surprise as my door burst open to reveal a frantic Roman. He spotted me at my desk and ran over, nearly tripping and falling on his way. He grabbed my shoulders to stabilize himself and he had to catch his breath. "He's... gone... can't... anywhere... just... vanished."

"Slow down, Roman. Breathe, then you can speak." Roman shook his head so fast I felt a breeze and he stopped, getting himself dizzy.

"He's gone, Logan. We can't find him anywhere. He just up and vanished." My eyes went wide as I started to think about everything that Pat had said. Had Deceit gone through with it? Had Virgil finally had enough? Which one left?

"Who?" Roman practically fell on to the floor from exhaustion. I jumped up, helping him onto the bed and rushing to get him some water. He downed it so fast he started to choke. "Who vanished, Roman?"

"Patton."
