Lillian's head was swimming. She heard the sound of Bobby's voice as if from miles away and it seemed as though she were seeing him from underwater as the darkness faded away. The air around her was cold, but steadily warming. Something deep within her knew that a ghost had left only moments earlier, but for the life of her she couldn't remember it. "Lillian sweetie?" Slowly, his voice grew more clear and his face stabilized. "Lillian, look at me darlin'!"

"Bobby? Is that you?" she croaked, her words slurring. Concussion. She knew that the minute she heard her voice. She saw the garage door crack behind her father's friend. Two young boys poked their heads out. From the looks of it, they were brothers. The older one's eyes went wide at the sight of her bleeding head. Immediately, he pushed the younger one behind him.

"Bobby!" He shouted. "Everything under control?"

"Hang on!" Bobby responded. "Lillian, sweetie how old are you?"

She stopped, thinking as hard as she could. "Thirteen." She nodded decisively. "Yeah... thirteen."

Bobby paled, his eyes going wide as he stared down at her. "Dean!" He shouted, his voice trembling as his eyes remained fixed on her. "Call nine one one!" Lillian fought back a laugh at the sound of Dean ordering his little brother to do it. The older boy stood still, watching everything that happened.

"Bobby what's wrong?" Her words were slurring more by the second, her bright green eyes fluttering more and more. She knew it was only a matter of time before she passed out, but Bobby's panic was at her answer, not her slurring. "I tol' ya. 'M thirteen."

He shook her gently, desperately trying to keep her eyes from shutting completely, yet at the same time trying not to further jar her head. "No... Sweetie you turned sixteen last week remember?" He shook her again. "Lillian?"

All at once she realized something was missing. Something important. "Where's my daddy?" She whispered almost as if she didn't hear him. Her volume grew as she ignored the "Bobby... Where's my dad?" Before Bobby could even make up an answer, her head fell back and she fell completely limp.

"No!" The hunter screamed, desperately shaking the girl. "No Lillian! You have to wake up darlin'! Lillian!"

Lillian's head snapped towards the door as it creaked open. She flinched at the sudden movement, pressing her hand to the bandages wrapped around her head. A boy with short, dark brown hair poked his head through the door, his bright hazel eyes drawing her attention. The boy... He was familiar. Not just from the garage. She'd seen him before.

He smirked, giving the appearance of both confidence and hesitation. She bit back a smile at his behavior. One thing was for sure, he was captivating."Uh, hey. Sorry, I uh... I just... You've been here for a while so I... Thought you might could use some company."

She grinned, hesitatingly at first, then slowly a full smile broke out as she remembered where she had seen him before. "Uh... Yeah. Yeah, that'd be nice." She laughed nervously. "Dean, right? Winchester?" She giggled at the way his mouth fell open in surprise.

"Uh... Yeah. How'd you...?"

She shrugged. "Not my first visit here. Bobby's told me all about you guys. How your dad drops you off here, too sometimes." She smirked. "What can I say? Bobby likes ya." Her southern twang seemed even more obvious.

Dean laughed, raising his hands in defeat. "That he does. That he does." He paused. "What... What do you remember?"

At that, her smile disappeared. "Not much. I know I'm sixteen, but I can't remember anything after thirteen." She stared off, lost in thought. Lost in trying to remember.

He stared, watching as her face fell. He thought for a moment before finally speaking. "Hey!" He forced a smile, pulling her from her thoughts. "Wanna see something beautiful?"

Lilian's bright green eyes lit up as she stared at the beautiful '67 Chevy Impala that sat in pieces before her. "It's gorgeous," she gasped, almost petting the old car. "I mean, don't get me wrong it'll need a little TLC before you can really get it going, but she'll be good as new long as you treat her right." She whistled. "Haven't seen something this beautiful in this junkyard for a long time."

Dean grinned, watching every move the younger girl made. "Dang right." His hazel eyes twinkled with pride as he eyed his precious car. "She'll last for years, too. Dad drove her over twenty years before it broke down. This time, he says it's my turn to fix her up and then she passes on to me." He chuckled. "To tell ya the truth I think he busted her up a little extra just to make it harder."

The girl with bright red hair smiled up at him, finally tearing her eyes from the beloved car. "She's a 327 4 barrel, right?"

Dean's mouth fell open in a shocked smile. "Right..."

"V8 specs too?"

He took a step back, eyes wide with admiration and surprise. "Yeah. Sorry I mean I figured you could spot the beauty of 'er but... You don't seem like the car type."

She laughed, rolling her eyes as she crossed her arms. "Please, my father's had me working on cars since I was in diapers. I know my way around..." Suddenly, her gaze changed, growing dazed as she stared beyond Dean. "You should have seen his car last month. It was trashed. I fixed it up myself as a surprise. Bought him a few custom pieces, too." Her eyes squinted in confusion as Dean stepped towards her.

"Lil, sweetie, you remembering stuff?" He raised his hands as if to steady her from a distance. He smiled in a failed attempt to be reassuring, but the shaking betrayed him.

She acted as though she hadn't heard him, gripping her head tightly. "One of the pieces had something wrong with it though... I think... I think it hurt him." Suddenly, her mouth fell open and tears poured from her face. "Oh my gosh... A piece was haunted. It came after us." Her eyes went wide as she let out the most heart-shattering scream Dean had ever heard. All at once, her legs gave out and she collapsed. Before she hit the dirt, the Winchester boy caught her. He picked her up bridal-style, rushing her into the house.

"Sammy call Bobby!"
