Rosette was sitting on the side as the members practiced for yet another show, she has a notepad in her hand and a pencil in the other and was staring at the ceiling as she thought of a word that rhymes with surface.

"Earth to Rose" she was snapped out of her thoughts when a shoe was thrown at her.

"Lettie, that hurt you know?" She rubbed her shoulder.

"Deal with it. I've been calling your name for the past five minutes." Lettie put her shoe back on.

"Sorry, My mind is kind of occupied."

"By?" Lettie asked.

"This thing right here." Rosette closed her notepad before standing.

"What are you writing?"

"Well I'm trying to write a song but I keep getting distracted." Rosette smiled lamely.

"Can I see what you've got so far?" Lettie asked while holding her hand out.

"I don't know. Can you?" Rosette smiled wider but it wiped off her face when Lettie slapped her notepad out of her hand.

"Shallow?" Lettie looked at Rosette.

"You know, like as in the ocean."

"Why are you writing a song about the ocean?"

"Because there's so many metaphors you can make." Rosette explained.

"Oh, fun." Lettie handed her back the book.

"So what did you want me for?" Rosette asked.

"Phillip wanted to go over this weekends show with you." Lettie pointed to where Phillip was sitting with P.T. On the bleachers.

"Alright, thank you for letting me know...and for hitting me with a shoe."

"No problem." Lettie walked off while Rosette made her way towards her fiancé and boss.

"I have been summoned." She said as she walked up the bleachers towards the two men.

"Yes, I have been meaning to ask if you think you can finish that song and preform it for out next show." P.T. told her.

"Um...y-yeah I'm almost finished with it actually." Rosette stuttered.

"You aren't finished are you?" Phillip asked...well stated.

"All I've got is a title and chorus." Rosette slumped her shoulders.

"I think I want to make it a duet with you or something like that." She informed the two pointing to Phillip.

"Rose you've had two weeks to work on this." P.T. Sighed.

"You say that as if song writing is easy; if that's the case then by all means write the rest for me." Rosette gave Barnum a pointed look.

"How about you and I take a lunch break and think of more lyrics." Phillip said standing up.

"That depends on what we're gonna eat."

"Pizza?" Phillip offered.

"Perfect." Rosette accepted.

Phillip said a quick goodbye to P.T. and grabbed Rosette's hand as the two made their way down the bleachers and out of the circus.

"So we also need to talk about our upcoming wedding." Phillip said.

"Ugh, let's save it for another time, my brain is going to explode if it stresses about another thing." Phillip chuckled.
