Heavy- Heavy really hated how much Scout teased him during this time of year. Scout always talked about how Heavy must have been Santa's brother, and just awful things like that. Well, you thought that maybe Heavy should take Scout's teasing and make it a reality. You had booked an appointment at the mall on Christmas Eve for Heavy to dress up as Santa. You got him to dress up, and after Heavy almost broke Scout's back for laughing at him, you left for the mall. You stood next to Heavy while wearing reindeer antlers. Heavy was surprisingly gentle with all the children that went to ask gifts from "Santa". He promised every kid that he was going to give them what they wanted, and if he couldn't, he'll try his best to find something close. When his shift was over, he immediately dragged you into different stores to buy all the kids the toys and clothes they wanted. At night, you and Heavy went to the addresses of the kids that spoke to Heavy. (You got their addresses from the parents. They were skeptical at first, but then relented after they saw you were being genuine.) In the morning, you got a call from the mall asking if Heavy could come back. When you two arrived at the mall, all of the parents of the children from yesterday started hugging Heavy, thanking him for what he did for the children. Heavy, embarrassed from all the attention, mumbled a thanks. After talking with the parents for a little while longer, you both went back to the base. It was very happy day for the two of you.

Demoman- Both you and Demo decided not to go out in the cold weather. Instead, you decided to make a gingerbread house. However, this wasn't going to be like a regular gingerbread house building session. Demo had the idea of timing the both of you, and whoever finished their gingerbread house first won. At the start of 6:00 exactly, both of you began to build your houses. You only had 5 minutes to build and decorate your house. The two of you tried everything to stop the other from winning, from slamming your hand near the other's house, to hiding the icing in a nearby drawer. In the end, neither of you won, and you both proceeded to smash your houses to pieces.

Sniper- Sniper hated singing out loud. So when you jokingly asked Sniper if he wanted to go Christmas Caroling with you, you were positively shocked when he said yes. You both got dressed for the chilly weather, and drove to the nearest neighborhood. You rang the doorbell to the first house, and as you were going to start off the song, Sniper starts to sing. He sounded amazing. Both you and the stranger stared at Sniper as he sang. When he finished, he received an applause from both of you. He blinked in surprise and walked off. When you caught up to him, you asked him why he left. He said that he hadn't sang in so long, and that the applause embarrassed him. You hugged him and told him he didn't have to sing anymore if he didn't want to. He said no, and for the rest of the night, you tried hard not to be so shocked whenever he sang with you.

Spy- It was a snowy day at base, and you decided to make the best of it. You and Spy walked around, talking about what to do for tomorrow's mission. Suddenly, you stooped down, got some snow, and threw it at Spy. It would be the worst mistake of your life. He turned towards you, got a handful of snow, and used his Cloak and Dagger to vanish. He pelted you with snowballs while you tried in vain to throw one snowball in his general direction. You ran back into the base and hid somewhere. After 20 minutes of trying to find you, Spy asked you to come out. You did, and gave him the silent treatment. After 3 minutes of convincing you to talk to him, you finally gave in and said, "I hate you." He laughed and walked you into the kitchen for a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Soldier- Everyone at the base thought it was a good idea to do Secret Santa. You, unfortunately, had to get a gift for Soldier. You thought long and hard on what to give the Patriotic man. The American flag? No, he already has fifty of them. A new gun? No, he isn't allowed weapons that aren't Mann Co. issued. Then it hit you. You could buy him a new medal. You went to the nearest war-affiliated store and bought him some Army medals. You also bought him some relics from various wars in America. You bought a box with the symbol of the U.S. Army on it and put everything in it. You hid it under the tree, and when it was time for everyone to open their gifts, you saw how happy Soldier was with his gift. Even though you didn't tell him you were his Secret Santa, he walked up to you and gave you a tight hug. It turned out he was also your Secret Santa (although it wasn't a secret anymore). He gave you a book about the Civil War and another one talking about the Revolutionary War. You definitely knew what you were going to do tomorrow.
