>Jimin's POV<

*the day before*

I sat at my desk, contemplating what to write.

I looked at the pens and paper that sat before me.

"Hmm..."

"What are you doing?" Yoongi came into the room. It was the time when we usually go to bed.

"Just thinking." I replied.

He nodded and got snug and cozy in his bed, soon falling asleep.

I sighed and set down the pen that was in my hand.

I wish that I could fall asleep that easily.

It was easy a year ago, but now it gets a little bit harder each day.

I rested my hand against my chin and looked up at the ceiling.

After a bit of thinking I started to write.

Yoongi, Seokjin, Namjoon, Hoseok, Taehyung, Jungkook, and Skylar.

I had a feeling that I would die soon. How soon? I wasn't sure, but I knew it was soon enough.

I had a hard time staying awake and concentrating on all of the letters, but then I remembered that I had one more.

Hazel's. I needed her to take my spot in the dance performance. I don't care how she did it, I just needed her to be me.

I wrote Hazel's letter then I put it in a box with the others.

I painfully laid down on my bed and tried to go to sleep.

The next morning after I got ready, I put the box on my bed.

I didn't say a word of it to Yoongi or to anyone else.

We all then went to the dance competition and watched Hazel perform.

I sat next to Skylar. She had a hand placed on my leg.

I can't really remember what happened next because it was all a blur.

Hazel fell and everyone ran to her then her parents left and then we couldn't find Hazel or Taehyung then Hazel came back then prizes were announced and then Skylar left with Hazel and Hazel's dad.

While all this chaos was going on, the members were super confused about the whole Taehyung and Hazel situation.

I didn't care though because I got a call from Skylar saying to go to the hospital.

So I did and stood next to Skylar before going to give Hazel a hug then going back to Skylar again.

I told Hazel that I'd be dying soon and sure enough I did.

May the members and everyone else keep my memory alive.
