•Taehyung's POV•
The sky began to darken as the clouds covered the sky like waves on the sea.
I kept my head down as I walked.
Time seemed to pass slow like a turtle or baby deer first learning to walk.
Dusk was beginning to arrive as I finally reached the dance studio.
I looked up at the sky and a small wet drop went down my cheek.
Not rain.
A tear.
Had I been crying?
Why was I crying?
I can't force Hazel to like me so why am I upset? So be it if she likes Jungkook.
I guess it just hurts, that for once, the person I like, doesn't like me back.
I reached my hand to the doorknob to the studio and turned it.
Locked.
I had forgotten the key too.
I let out a sad sigh as I plopped down on the ground in front of the door, leaning against it.
It was a good thing this space was private or I'd be super embarrassed if someone caught what I was about to do next.
Sing.
It's not that I'm embarrassed about singing, it was the song.
"I heard, that you've settled down..." I softly began. "That you found a boy and you're, married now."
Someone Like You was a song I did for a cover. It didn't mean anything at the time, but now it does.
And it's sad.
"I heard, that your dreams came true. I guess he gave you things I didn't give to you." I sighed and looked around.
The sky darkened more as it started to slowly rain like dew drops falling off of leaves in the morning.
I took in a breath and continued.
"Old friend, why are you so shy. Ain't like you to hold back or hide from the light." I started to choke up.
"I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited, but I couldn't stay away I couldn't fight it. I had hoped you'd see my face and that you'd be reminded that for me it isn't over." Then I lost it.
I could barely sing the next lines.
"Never mind I'll find someone like you. I wish nothing but the best for you too, don't forget me I beg, I'll remember you said sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead. Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead yeah..." I finished softly as I quietly sobbed. I buried my face into my arms.
A shuffle in the bushes nearby made my head snap up.
I quickly wiped away my tears and looked around.
Soft voices and laughter soon made their way towards me.
I then stood up to make it seem like I had just gotten there.
Who appeared wasn't who I had expected.
Seokjin, Yoongi, Acacia, and Willow were all walking and talking together towards the studio.
Oh how I wanted to get out of there.
I went to walk the opposite way when Yoongi spotted me.
"Hey, Taehyung!"
I tensed and turned around with a painful smile on my face.
"Hey! Didn't see you there!" I said, fake enthusiasm streamed from my voice.
They walked towards me.
"What are you doing here?" Seokjin asked.
I shrugged. "You know. Just taking a walk."
Yoongi raised an eyebrow. "Mhm..." He hid a smile.
I crossed my arms. "Okay, fine. I came to practice for the dance competition, but the door was locked and I forgot my key."
They both laughed. "Oh, Taehyung." Seokjin ruffled my hair as they walked past me and into the studio.
They, at least, had a key.
Acacia and Willow didn't make eye contact or talk to me.
I was glad.
I didn't want to talk to them either.
I let out a huff after they went inside.
I decided to go back home before it rained any harder.
I started to jog, getting lost in my mind and thoughts and suddenly I was back in front of the brown two story house I lived in and shared with six other crazy people.
I sighed as I opened the door.
What I saw I didn't expect.
No one.
No one was there.
Then I heard faint breathing.
I walked in more and heard the sound coming from my room.
Upset, I stormed in to see Hazel laying on Jungkook's bed.
He knelt at her side and Skylar and Jimin sat on my bed.
"What's going on?!" I snapped.
They all whipped their heads up to look at me. All except Hazel.
I stepped over the threshold into the room and made my way towards Hazel.
"What happened?" I demanded in a low gravelly voice.
"She passed out." Jimin stated plainly.
"She's sick." Skylar added.
"I was go-"
"No." I cut Jungkook off. "I'll take her home."
After living with the same six people for a while and sharing a room with one of them, you get to know them better than you know yourself so I could tell what Jungkook was going to say.
He looked up at me, slow and sad. He was about to say something, but I didn't let him as I reached down and carefully picked up my sleeping girlfriend.
She was cold, but sweating.
"Get a blanket." I said to no one in particular.
"But-" Jungkook started.
"Get a blanket." I said again.
Skylar got up and walked out of the room, soon coming back with a blue fuzzy blanket that lies on the back of one of the couches.
She wrapped it around Hazel as best she could.
I nodded a goodbye and left, walking to the house I had seen Jungkook go to earlier.
