Nah... not really, Fam.

Traditional holiday rigmarole has just never been my thing.
There - I've said it. And I'm not walking it back.

Above all things, I actually do have a sense of respect for the season and all that noise, but it is also accompanied by a darkly comic sense of humor

Over the years some of my favorite bits that commemorate the holiday season have come from Saturday Night Live. Snarky sketches like "Sump'n Claus", and "Schweddy Balls" among them.
And, being the salty lil' minx that I am - "D!ck In a Box" makes me giggle like a fiend. Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake's spoof of 90's New Jack slow jam videos has become something of a classic in certain circles. I've even written a naughty little one-shot inspired by that SNL digital short.  Of course, it takes place on Boxing Day.

(Might even get around to transferring it over to my Sherlock one-shots this holiday🤔)

SNLs best utility player, Keenan Thompson pimps out Santa with the help of sassy backing vocals by Cecily Strong, and Sasheer Zamata. There's even a cameo by guest host Martin Freeman as a disgruntled office worker who gets a little "sump'n" from Thompson's Santa after behaving badly.
