No communication
One year
It's been one year since we texted
I miss you
I don't even know you anymore
This would be three years of friendship
The summer of 2015
We talked on a small platform
You asked if we could become friends
I was suspicious at first,
But I decided to give it a shot
Little did I know
That friendship would blossom
It would grow into a strong bond
An unbreakable bond
You helped me in my ups and downs
We live so far away
Yet you'd always try to find the time
We would call on skype
We'd text on Snapchat
Every
Single
Day
And then the day before thanksgiving
Of 2017
My mother found a few messages on insta
She said I was disgusting
She said I was no longer trusted
I was told i was disappointed in
A month went by
I'd text you on my friends phone
But then I got my phone back
December 25th 2017
I was happy again
Then I realized
I'd have the same phone
But I wouldn't
I wouldn't have any way to talk to you
I miss you
It's been one year since we texted
One year
No communication
