"She's cool, I guess", Dylan said
His words flowed through her like a river.
"What?", She asked
"I broke up with Shelby.. for someone else", Dylan admitted
Her eyes went wide, 'Another girl? That's the second time this month!'
"Oh, is she nice?", The girl inquired
"She's amazing actually"
The girl felt her heart fall. She plastered on a fake smile anyway
"I hope she makes you happy"
"You do"
"What?", the girl questioned.
"You do make me happy", Dylan's voice wavered as she looked into his eyes
Dylan scooted closer to the girl and placed a kiss on her cheek. The girl smiled and grabbed his face closer to hers and connected their lips.
