i have no inspiration but i'm currently in the car, 5 hours in on a 12 hour car ride so here we are. also, hardcore josh stany over here oml

we pull up to the school and find a parking space.

tyler turns to me smiling like an idiot

"so, when can i see you again" he reaches up and starts pushing his hand through my hair, i lean into the touch

"hmmm, i'll have to check my schedule and get back to you" i smiled sweetly looking at him

"come on dun, you can't keep me hanging like that" i could see a playful frown settle on his face.

reaching over and putting my arm on his bicep lightly i simply say "i'll text you"

at that, i got out of his jeep and started walking towards the school looking for brendon

there may have been a slight bounce to my step

i spotted him near the first set of lockers that are by door as soon as you walk in

"joshua william dun, did i just see you stepping out of tyler joseph's jeep?" he practically whispered yelled

i could feel a small blush forming on my face

"maybe?"

i turn around and see the biggest dick ever

ah yes, benny (this is no one associated with the boys, not that i know of, but i don't wanna make anyone that i love seem like a dick so i'm literally making a character up)

so benny, he's been trying, key word trying, to mess with me since freshman year.

i really don't know what his problem is, he's always calling me names and shoving me around

little does he know, i took boxing lessons over the summer, so i'm ready for him now.

"hey benny, why did you come in here looking like a 12 year old little boy?"

benny shoves me, hard, into the one of the surrounding lockers

brendon tries to do something but one benny's friends hold him back

he caught me off guard, fuck

"what's the problem benny? can't take a joke?"

at this point, he has me pinned against the lockers, restricting my arms from moving

"actually, i can take one, my dad taught me. couldn't say the same for you though, how is daddy dun, huh? enjoying his stay in flordia?"

my eyes narrow and something within me erupts

i knee him in the balls and push him into the floor

he's on the ground and i'm straddling him, going at his face with my fists

"josh!"

i hear someone calling my name, i don't stop though

i stop when i'm being ripped off of him, strong arms are wrapped around my waist taking me off to the bathroom

it isn't until i'm set down on the sink that i realize that it was tyler who pulled me away

i look down at my hands

tyler grabs me again pulling me into a hug. i immediately wrap my legs around his waist accepting the hug

i hold onto him like it's the only thing standing in the way between me and death

"josh, hey, it's okay, you need to calm down, okay? you're safe here, no one can hurt you"

"no i'm not! tyler, i hit him, he's probably bleeding! i- i d-don't know what happened! s-something just took over me and next thing i know i was on top of him p-punching him!"

i pull out of tyler's arms, i see a big wet stain on his shoulder

he immediately goes and puts his hands on my face, brushing my tears away with him thumb

i grab his wrists assuring myself that they'd stay there

"tyler, if you hadn't pulled me off of him, i- i would have killed him"

"josh.." he pulled me back into his arms rubbing small circles into my back

i broke down more when he kissed my temple ever so slightly
