Film Review
Safe HavenYou know that a movies great when you don't expect the ending and that's what I can say without any twisting of the truth.
As given to me by my emotions you guys already know that I did cry. Not as much as I did in Twist and Shout, but tears were certainly shed.
What better in a film than a little bit of action and romance tied into a knot. Sure there's a lot of loss, sadness and repressed anger but that's what makes it whole. It's like the glue that sticks the romance together, because what's a romance without the fights?
When I say action I don't mean a little lovers quarrel, I mean hard out! The film starts with a man, his hands latched tightly around a girls neck, trying to steal away her breath. The girl fleeing from the house, a plastic bag dangling from her hands which were covered in blood.
I'll leave you with that image and let you decide whether Safe Haven is the right film for you!
