So, during my mini mental health hiatus I decided a few things.

I'm gonna take yoga seriously because let's be honest, I need less stress and more relaxation in my life.

I'm sticking with my 12 kilometer bike rides everyday even though I know wuth school going back I'm going to be very tight for time due to my taking three arts which I was highly advised not to do by several teachers today.

I'm going to dedicate an hour a night to either writing or planning That's A Wrap.

I'm trying my time with becoming a vegetarian because in all honesty a lack of meat in my diet doesn't bother me because the taste just isn't something I crave.

I'm going to try and dedicate each remaining chapter of That's A Wrap to a different person reading it. Which I'll struggle with because to my knowledge literally two people are reading it so that's probably not going to happen.

I discovered that going coffee free is not something I should take seriously because my body physically can't handle it which probably can be linked to some sort of addiction but oh well.

I didn't do much thinking other than that but basically my goal for the rest of the year on top of my new years resolution is to stick with the thoughts I had while on hiatus.
