Your POV

Romelle, Romelle....

Why do I think about her this much?

I ask myself, but my train of thought had stopped abruptly as a blonde haired girl dashes past me.

As everything were in slow motion, I look over my shoulder to see Romelle running down the hall, her beautiful blonde hair bounced every step she took.

I was snapped out of my trance when a hand was placed on my shoulder, I shudder as it was cold and metallic.

I turn to see Shiro, he smiles at me then looks in the direction I was looking at.

"Something about Romelle?", he asks

"Yeah...", I look down

"Want to talk about it?"

"Yes, please..."

And from that conversation on, I now understand that I love her, her as in Romelle of course.

I'm just afraid that she won't return my feelings...

Time skip

Romelle's POV

I sat on the couch in the living area, hugging a pillow tightly.

Then I heard the most angelic laugh, (Y/N)'s...

"Lance! Pidge is going to freak!", she laughed harder

"Uh, uh! Do you know anything about this?! You're smart right?", I heard him ask her

"Sorry dude, maybe you can ask Hunk, I think he knows how to fix this...", she suggested

"I'll try!", he said, then I heard him dash off

I heard footsteps come closer to the couch, I bury my face into the pillow.

Third POV

(Y/N) smiles at the sight of Romelle, a tint a pink dusts on her cheeks, she clears her throat before sitting down next to her.

"So....how's, everything?", she tries to start a conversation

"Great.", Romelle muffles against the pillow

She then slams the pillow on her lap and groans

"(Y/N)? Can I ask you a question?"

"U-Uh yeah, sure, what is it", she asks

Distant screaming could be heard before Pidge yells

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH ANY OF MY STUFF!"

"Well, there's this girl...and she's amazing, funny, beautiful and", Romelle turns red and the covers her face before saying

"And she has the most angelic laugh I've ever heard...."

"And you need help?", (Y/N) asks, she was happy Romelle was into girls but sad that it probably wasn't her that she was talking about

"Yes...how do I express my feelings? I've never felt this way ever! Why is it so hard?!", Romelle hunches over and groans

(Y/N) rubs her back, only to make her turn even redder

"How about a simple confession? Face to face? That's how people back on Earth do it...", she smiles

Romelle suddenly faces (Y/N) with the biggest smile ever

"You're. a. genius! Thank you!", she squeals as she gives (Y/N) a tight hug

(Y/N)'s heartbeat starts to increase

'I swear, this girl can kill me by the second'

She says in her head

Time skip

(Y/N) wakes from her sleep, only finding a sticky note on her forehead once she sees herself in the mirror

'Meet me after breakfast in the living area'

She shrugs and just goes with it, she was too tired to object anyway.

Once breakfast was over, she walks to the living area, to find Romelle sitting in her lonesome.

"Romelle?"

She turns around and smiles

"Come, sit", she pats the space next to her

(Y/N) obliges and sits next to her, Romelle turns to her fully and grabs her hand in hers.

"R-Romelle?", she was startled at the sudden physical contact

"(Y/N) (M/N) (L/N)....I know you may not return my undying feelings for you....but please, hear me out.", she pauses

(Y/N) nods for her to go on, she takes a deep breath

"(Y/N), you're strong, courageous, funny and not to mention beautiful. And I wish to spend my years with you, not a single life-form has made me feel so...strongly attracted than you did.", she bites her lip

"What I'm trying to say is....I love you."

(Y/N) was in shock, she didn't know what to say, Romelle looks down in shame but her chin was tilted up to face her love

"I thought I was the one to do this", she chuckles

"Well, I beat you to it", Romelle grins

"Oh we'll see about that"

Their lips connect, a good few seconds into the kiss, (Y/N) pulls away

"Well, I beat you to it, this time"

Romelle goes red before burying her face into (Y/N) chest, only making her laugh

"I hate you!", she pouts

"You know you don't", (Y/N) teases before giving her love a kiss on her forehead

"I love you..."

"Love you too."
