Okay yes, that was a horrible caption, but you can caption this yourself (by the way, I made this! I basically took the meme template and edited it myself) anyways, on with the story!
Your POV
You begrudgingly got up to get dressed for breakfast.
As you walked into the dining hall of the castle, you saw everyone walking to the table.
"Morning everyone...", you grumbled
"Morning (Y/N)", Shiro smiled as the others either responded with a hum or grumble
As you rubbed your eyes, you looked around and noticed Pidge wasn't anywhere to be seen.
"Hey, any of you seen Pidge?", Lance asked before you could even speak up about it
"She's probably still in her room", Hunk answered, stuffing his face with some breakfast
"Can someone go check on her?", Shiro asked
"I'll go...", you sleepily said
Before you went Shiro had told you something but you couldn't exactly make it out, but you brushed it off thinking it wasn't important.
Timeskip
You reached Pidge's room door, you softly knocked on the door.
"Pidge? You in there?", there wasn't any response, you thought she might be sleeping, so you decided to just enter since the door was unlocked
It was dark, I would've turned on the lights but I didn't know where they were. You sighed as you tried to direct yourself through the mess on the floor, so you don't fall on her.
Then, you tripped on your own feet.
Shit
You mentally thought, as you fell, making contact with another human body.
"Ugh, Pidge, you really need to clean up", you grumbled, not noticing it wasn't Pidge sleeping on the bed
"Yeah, I'll tell her that as well...", a different voice responded, ending with a chuckle
You froze, you didn't know what to do, there's a stranger in your friends room, on her bed!
You hear and can feel them shift a little
"Hey, um, can you please get off me? So we can formally introduce ourselves?", they asked
You scrambled off them and ran to find the switch for the lights, after a good 10 seconds you finally found the switch and turned the lights on.
The light blinded you for a few seconds, but your eyes adjusted, then you looked towards the bed and saw a sleepy male, rubbing his eyes.
"So, I assume you're a friend of my sis?", he asks
"Y-Yes and you're Matt? The one Katie lost?", you asked, confused on how he knew and why he claimed to be her brother
"Yup, and you must be?"
"(Y-Y/N), yes, that's my name and-I'll keep quiet now..."
He chuckled and gave you slight smirk.
"Why're you here?", you asked
"I was invited to come over by Katie-uh Pidge, I must've been tired since I was asleep earlier..."
Nodding in response, you both just sat/stood there for awhile until you clasped your hands
"ANY-way, do you know where Pidge is?"
"No I-", he looked behind you
"Nevermind"
You turned around to be met with a tired Pidge
"Pidge! Where have you been?"
"In Green...", she muttered
"C'mon we're having breakfast"
She smiled and nodded
"Can Matt tag along?", she asked
You looked back at the tired boy and smiled
"Yeah, he can"
