A/N: Rather large chapter ahead with a lot of content. I know I could have split this into two chapters but I decided to combine it as one....as a Christmas gift. This took me 3 days to type, I had to retype it 2 times because I didn't like the flow of the chapter. Anyway, I present to you a complicated chapter, enjoy.

"I can't do this anymore," was the last sentence he said as he let go of the rail, trembling fingers unwinding themselves from the metal, allowing gravity to act on his leaning body.

Yoongi watched, legs made of lead as his best friends body leaned back until it disappeared off the bridge. He stood frozen as he watched someone speed right past him. For a while, or more like a second, his body was immobile, and his mind was filled with static as he tried to comprehend everything which just happened in such a short amount of time. He tried to focus on what was going on rather than the ache in his chest which flared angrily like wild flames. And as reality finally hit him on his head, his body began to thaw.

Hoseok had fallen off the bridge....

And Namjoon threw himself after him.

Yoongi rushed forwards, joining the sobbing man, who had come with Namjoon, at the railing and leaned forwards in order to see the hungry waves bellow them. He searched desperately, searched for them.... waited for them to resurface, waited for a body.

But he saw nothing.

Only the rolls of the waves could be seen in the blackness of the water, and like the force of the water, Yoongi's world was knocked over, reality seeming to slam into him once again.

This couldn't be happening.

But it was, and the screams of the wind and the wails of the man next to him were enough to confirm that he wasn't asleep.

Life had had its way with him again.

And this further proved that he was meerly a puppet, having no control with what happened around or to him. Life had taken people away from him again....and all Yoongi could do was beg for it to bring them back.

"Yoongi"

He opened his eyes, raising his head from the palms of his hands after being woken up from his thoughts. He blinked, allowing himself to register where he was at the moment before turning his head towards the voice which had called out to him.

The man from earlier smiled softly, eyes sad but understanding as they stared into the younger's teary ones. "It'll be ok." He reassured, voice soft but filled with sorrow. "It'll be fine-"

"How can you still be smiling after everything that's happened." He didn't mean for the words to be spat with venom, but there was something about the way the older looked at him which irritated him because it reminded him of the same comfort you would receive from a parent.

He hated it.

And the fact that the older was still smiling despite his tone bothered him even more.

The order's smile never flattered, however, his eyes did begin seem to shine, but not from happiness, but from the tears he refused to shed. He raised his hand, placing it on Yoongi's shoulders as a form of comfort. "We need to be stay positive so that we don't fall apart." His voice was strained, as if he was saying those words to comfort himself instead of the younger.

Yoongi frowned, face twisting into anger as he stared at the older. "How do you expect me to be ok!" He felt the veins on his forehead pulse as the hands of frustration wrapped around his throat. The memories of the event hit him like tidal waves, soaking him in regret and drenched him in sorrow. "How do you expect me to be ok when Hoseok-"
