Morning crept in through the curtains and leaked into the room, filling it with a translucent yellow glow. Taehyung opened his eyes, cursing as he did so as he sat up, rubbing his shoulder.
A yawn leaked out of his mouth and he rubbed his eyes. Standing up, he opened his bedroom door and tiredly walked down the spiraling steps to get to the kitchen.
Once there, he opened the kitchen but halted his actions when he heard a loud thump coming from upstairs. He got in a defence stance only for him to come to a realisation.
He had brought someone home.
And left them in the guestroom.
Without wasting anytime, he run up the stairs and towards the guestroom. Swinging the door open, his eyes met chocolate ones.
The bunny-eared boy stared back at the older, eyes teary and body helplessly splattered on the floor. His eyes widened before he tried to get up again, however his legs buckled and gave out dropping his helpless body to the ground once again. He had tried to escape all night but each time it was the same result.
The older's eyes widened in disbelief before he smiled widely. "Hey, you woke up." He began to walk towards the lying male who desperately tried to get away. It was fruitless considering that Taehyung had grabbed his shoulders, squeezing gently as his excitement took over.
"We are gonna have so much fun! I can't wait to show to my bubblegum collection.... Oh and my cinema, we can watch anything you want and we can laugh at silly things and.... YES! WE CAN PLAY VIDEO GAMES AND GO FOR WALKS AND GO TO THE AMUSEMENT PARK AND-"
He abruptly stopped once he looked at the other male.
The bunny-eared boy was crying.
Taehyung panicked as he let go of the boys shoulders, staring deep into the teary pools of chocolate. "What's wrong? Did I hurt you? Did I do something wrong?"
He cried harder. Taehyung didn't know how to handle such situations, so he just embraced the boy, rubbing circles on his back. He felt ever heavy breath he took in and heard every sniffle and choke. However as time went on, he started to calm down. Taehyung relaxed before he broke the hug.
"You ok?" He was answered by silence, instead the younger just stared back at him, his eyes like round brown buttons. Taehyung was confused but he decided to shake it off.
Maybe he was shy.
That didn't kill his excitement to have a companion though.
So instead he ruffled his head, which the younger responded by wiggling his nose and scrunched his face. One of his ears stood up while the other made a horizontal line. It was fascinating to Taehyung but also cute.
"So they are real." The older voiced out his thoughts, before walking towards the bedroom door. "Let's go eat! I'm starving!"
He walked out the door but halted as he heard a thud and a whimper. He hurried back to the room to see the boy face first on the floor, the jacket he wore rolled up to his upper back and his white fluffy tail on his lower back exposed. He whimpered again as he lifted his head, looking down at his legs before looking at Taehyung.
Taehyung was about to go to the bunny before he walked to the closet instead. Pulling out black pants and a blue and white colour blocked hoodie, he walked towards the younger and sat him up before dressing him. He was Taehyung's baby after all. And he took care of a lot of baby dolls when he was younger. They stayed intact for 4 months.
Once he had dressed him after the youngers multiple tries to get away, Taehyung lifted up the male and placed him in a front piggy back, being mindful of his shoulder, and carried him to the kitchen, oblivious to the youngers attempts to escape.
He place him on the kitchen counter before walking to the fridge. "What do you want to eat?" he asked, looking at the male who looked around the room in wonder, his eyes danced around everything before he looked closely at an open cabinet.
"Do you want....lets see." Taehyung search his fridge. "There is popcorn, meat, crisps, apples..... Carrots, lettuce, macaroni and...."
He decided to pull out the lettuce, some tomatoes and Vienna sausages, planing to make a salad. He placed them on the table and began to get to work.
The younger sniffed at a bag of flour, his ears high with alert as he smelt the scentless powder. Something about it made him feel warm but he couldn't remember considering that he could not remember anything. He moved closer, practically crawling on the counter before placing his head in the bag.
Taehyung set the table before looking back at the male only to die laughing as he saw him covered in flour, sneezing and scrunching his nose.
It was too cute.
He just wanted to hold him.
Chuckling, he helped the boy off the counter and sat him on the dinning table, watching as the bunny shifted uncomfortably. Looking at the food before sniffing it. He looked at the older who practically inhaled his food, utensils ignored, before taking his own. Using his hands, he removed the sausages and ate the vegetables.
It was the only thing he liked to eat though something about how the dish was prepared was somewhat familiar.
"Kya~Are you gonna eat that?" The older asked before snatching the sausages which the younger left, swallowing them.
The bunny watched, ears horizontal as he wondered.
