Taehyung blinked once, twice, a couple of times as he peered into the box with eyes which had grown twice the size. He hadn't said a word, nor had he looked away, instead, he had spent the last minutes staring inside the box, mouth ajar but throat dry. It was surreal. He didn't know how to process what he was seeing or if this was even real. All he could do was stand frozen, color leaking from his complexion and thoughts drowning his already crowded mind.

What the hell was he seeing?

"What are you still doing?" an angry voice rang through the tense air, breaking the silence like glass. Taehyung tore his gaze from the box, turning his eyes towards the mint haired male who stared at him in confusion. "I said just leave it."

However, Yoongi's words fell on deaf ears as the younger stared at him with fogged orbs. Looking at him but not seeing him. The older groaned in frustration, ignoring Hoseok who stood by the door with his eyebrows raised to the ceiling. Yoongi walked towards the younger who only seemed to notice when the older placed a pale hand on his shoulder causing him to jump in surprise. Yoongi frowned his eyebrows as he began to advance towards the box.

"What the hell is wrong with-"

But he never got to finish his sentence as a sight entered his vision, paralyzing his body in place. His usually bored eyes seemed to widen as well and for the second time since he was born, the older didn't know how to comprehend what he was seeing.

This can't be-

"What is it?" Hoseok had finally gotten tried of standing in the sidelines. He pushed his body from the door frame and advanced towards the two other males, slightly nervous but overall curious to see what had his two friends act in such a peculiar way. Unfortunately, once he had set his sights on his 'gift' he felt the tattle tell signs of collapsing from horror. He didn't want to believe that this was real. It wasn't real. It couldn't be.

But as he looked longer, he released just how real everything was.

"Amy?"

He could already feel his world crumble around him, leaving him floating in a dark void of nothingness.

This was hell, right?

He was dead, wasn't he.

".... Hoseok?" Yoongi called, voice fading into the quiet.

He wasn't dead.

This was real.

So horribly real and as he came to this understanding, he couldn't help but hold his head, covering his ears as he dropped to the ground, legs giving up from shock. His hands shook uncontrollably causing his hair to slightly shake with it. He closed his eyes, trying to block the image of the familiar body which lay, stained in crimson in a brown, cardboard package, however, it seemed almost impossible as the picture was still visible behind his shut eyelids.

It couldn't be real.

Tears slowly dropped on the floor bellow him starting with one to two to six to tens before they were too many to count as they rapidly poured from his eyes like water from an open faucet. The pain in his chest only seemed to grow as reality seemed to crush him viciously, taunting him further, mocking him about how much of a failure he was, and he ate ever thought, believed every self-insult, blamed himself for every reason his brain could find as he sat in a puddle of his own tears.

Hoseok was sobbing.

And Yoongi as well as Taehyung could only stare at the shattered male with devastated eyes.

"Hoseok-"

"She's ok, right?" the other raised his head to look at his friends with wide eyes stained in red and filled with tears. His pupils had dilated, and his eyebrows arched upwards as well as his lips to display a deluded smile. Hoseok gripped his head tighter. "She's ok, isn't she? Off course she is, we were just talking a few hours ago. She's ok. She's-"
