- Jenessa -

I kept running and running, my backpack thumping, the sweat running down my forehead, the tears streaming down my face. I just wanted to escape. To escape from home. To escape from that living hell. I didn't stop for almost two hours. I was only half way to there. England was big, and London was pretty far. I don't know why I decided to run to London. It seemed like the place to go; the place to find a job; the place to live on my own. I was 18. I was capable to take care of myself. I mean, I've basically been doing that for two years already. My parents didn't care about me. They never did. They abused me. All they wanted was money, drugs, and alcohol. I had no where else to go. My best friend was who knows where. He was the only one I trusted and then I guess he just.. left. Ever since then, I've forgotten how to use the word trust. He ignored my calls and texts. He hasn't tried to contact me ever since. After I completely lost contact with him, I had no one. nobody. That's who I was. Just another nobody. That's why I decided to run away after puting up with hell for two years all alone. That's why I figured no one would notice or care that I was gone, right? Whatever.

I stopped at a bench. The street lights weren't too bright. Well, it was twelve in the morning so what would I expect?

I huffed and huffed, catching my breath. All of a sudden I heard my phone vibrate. I got a text from my uncle. Why would he try contact me? ..I guess he was one of the people I didn't hate. He was an exception to my thoughts on 'trust'. I would stay at his house for a while when my parents weren't home because I felt safer there. We would laugh and joke around a lot. He was one of my best friends. He was one of the only people that actually cared about me. I haven't talked to him for months though.

'Where are you?! I'm worried sick. I came over to say hi, but your parents haven't got a clue as to where you are.  Xx - Uncle Tony'

Don't worry about me, I'm fine. -J

I texted back, not answering his question. The last thing I want is him coming to find me.

'Thanks for completelyignoring my question, love. Don't worry, I'm not going to go and get you. I just want to know in case I might know how to help. I still care, you know. - Uncle Tony'

I know, I'm sorry. Um.. I'm on my way to London. - J

London?! My brother lives there. I can give him a call, I'm sure he'll be happy to take you in for a while. - Uncle Tony

Er, no. I'll be fine. I don't want to intrude. He doesn't even know me. It will feel uncomfortable. -J

No I insist. If you don't go to him, I will make him find you. And he may not know you, but I'm sure you'll know him. - Uncle Tony

Wait, what? To be honest, I didn't know Uncle Tony had any siblings. He's never mentioned them or anything.

Okay fine. Give me the address... And what do you mean I know him? -J

I gave in because honestly, I needed somewhere to stay for awhile. Plus, like I said, Uncle Tony was probably the only one I trusted anymore.

Don't worry about it, you'll see. I just talked to him, he said you can stay for a month or two until you find an apartment to stay at. - Uncle Tony.

Okay, thank you Uncle Tony. It means a lot. Please let any other family member back at home know that I'm fine? xx -J

Sure thing, love. Stay safe okay? Love you hun'. Talk to you later. I'll text you the address in a second. Xx - Uncle Tony

Soon enough, I found the address. I was almost positive I had the wrong house. It was like a castle. Literately. There seemed to be three floors stacked on each other. There was a black Range Rover on the drive way. To the right was the perfectly clean cut lawn. Cut through the middle of the grass was a brick pathway to the door. Along the sides of the pathways were gorgeous flowers; tulips, daisies, sunflowers, daffodils, lilacs; you name it. Then next to the large door, was a bouquet of red roses hung up on the wall. The view was absolutely stunning.

I slowly walked up to the door, dropped my bag and rang the doorbell. There were three chimes, and then the door started to unlock. I could hear a bunch of voices yelling at each other to get the door. Do other people live here other than Uncle Tony's brother? Quickly, I picked up my bag and looked anxiously around me, examining my surroundings so I didn't have to stare at the shaking door. Whoever it was seemed to have trouble opening it.

"ONE MINUTE!" a voice yelled from the other side of the door.

Soon enough the door started opening. Behind it was a boy who looked around my age. He had blonde hair, blue eyes, and a crooked smile. He was wearing grey sweatpants and a white t-shirt with a... cheetos stain on it?

"Ello! Can I help you, love?" he asked with a thick irish accent. He seemed familiar to me. I've seen him before. I just can't put my finger on it..

I smiled nervously and said, "Hello, um, my Uncle told me to come to this address, he told me his brother lives here?" I looked into the house. Wow, this place is.. huge.

- Niall -

I opened the door which revealed a girl with long brown hair. She looked about my age. She was an inch or two shorter than I was. But the things that caught my attention the most were her eyes. They were purple. Huh, I've never seen anyone with purple eyes before.

"Ello! Can I help you, love?" I said with a smile.

"Hello, um, my Uncle told me to come to this address, he told me his brother lives here?.." she asked nervously, looking more into the house.

I had no idea what she was talking about. So I decided to go get someone to help me out.

"Um.." I scratched the back of my neck, her eyes were really distracting me. "Come in, and just wait, I'll be back in a minute." I smiled, embarrassed.

- Jenessa -

I nodded and stepped inside, examining the house more. There was a long brown couch with two smaller sofa chairs on either side. In the middle was a coffee table, and across it was a fire place with a tv hanging right above it. Nice and classy.

I couldn't help but notice the boy's blue eyes. They were so hypnotizing. Ironically, it seemed like he was studying my eyes a lot earlier too. I can't blame him, it is unusual to have purple eyes.

I could hear him walking around the corner of, I'm guessing, a hallway coming back.

"Yeah, she said her uncle sent h-"

He was interrupted by a very familiar face and very familiar voice.

"Is your name Jenessa?" The man who I assumed was Uncle Tony's brother asked me.

"Uh, um, y- yes." I stuttered. This is unreal.

"Hello! I am your Uncle Tony's brother," he greeted me shaking my hand.

My mouth soon turned into the perfect shape of an "o".

"S-Simon C-Cowell?.."
