Chapter 9: Party

No One's POV

The heirs and heiresses of Thailand's CCKL and Japan's NakaState along with the 2 sons of the main branch of the Lee family after school were fetch by a limo taking them to a salon where they dress and groom themselves for the party they're about attend. After grooming, they were taken to the venue on where the party is being held, it was in the main building of the Resorts World Korea. When they arrived they were immediately guided to the rooftop garden where the guests and the family of Lee and Bae are waiting.

"There they are!" Mr. Lee exclaimed as he saw his 2 sons with the heirs and heiresses of NakaState and CCKL walking together.

He then called them making their way to theirs current place.

"You all look gorgeous and handsome tonight." Mrs. Lee exclaimed with a bright smile.

The others thank her and give her also a compliment about her dress except for their own sons, Jeno and Taeyong who just nodded.

"Jeno, can you leave us for a moment?" His mother asked.

"Why is that mom?" Jeno asked.

"We have something to discuss, only the heirs and heiresses only." his mother said.

Jeno then look at his brother agreeing to his mother. As much as he want to stay and listen to their conversation because he believed that he is part of this he can't because it's his brother who already told him that he can't.

"Hina, how about you go with Jeno too?" Yuta asked his cousin making his cousin nodded.

"Hina can't leave, she have to hear this." Mrs. Lee said but Yuta shook his head.

"It's okay auntie, I can handle this, I'm used at both managing my and her family's business besides she's not interested in business anyway."  Yuta said.

Mrs. Lee again look at Hina who is now gone, as well as Jeno. With no can do, Mrs. Lee didn't say anything any longer they started their own conversation.

Jeno lead Hina to a place somewhere the rooftop where less people can be seen because it's only known by few people.

"W-wow..." Hina muttered as she saw the whole city shining below her.

The place where Jeno took her can view the magnificent night view of the Seoul city.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" Jeno asked making Hina look at him and smiled, Jeno just smiled back.

"Glad you like it. Most party involving all the members of the Lee Financial Group and Resort World Korea is held here. The only reason why I came here is that for this view. It's the most beautiful night view I've ever seen. It could help me escape from the reality before me, even if it's just for temporary." Jeno said.

"The reality before you? What do you mean by that? Aren't you in favor of the ongoing deity hunting?"

Jeno let out a scoff as a reaction of what Hina said.

"I just wish I could but no matter how hard I look at it, the deity hunting is wrong and I hate it." Jeno answered making Hina surprise.

"So you're against the deity hunting?" Jeno nodded to answer Hina's question.

"Isn't it obvious? I mean don't you see my facial expression everytime we talk about deity hunting?"Jeno asked, Hina shook her head. "I'm quiet pretty obvious, even the other heirs and heiress can tell I hate it..."

"I even hate my parents for it, for dragging me and my brother in this mess." Jeno then added. "My brother, I know his just acting, acting like he can handle all the things well but I know that he's already dying because of the responsibilities he has to fulfill but fearing that those responsibilities will be passed on me, he always stand up and act like it's nothing to him."
