Chapter 16: Tension Raising

Jennie's POV

"When are you gonna stop sulking?" Doyoung asked.

We are now in the bus that's in it's way to the university. This week is the start of our foundation day which means no classes for the whole week, it will all games and fun and happy times with friends but sorry mates, I'm not feeling it. My day started bad again, courtesy to my useless brother who woke me again earlier than he always do because my companions here are so excited and wants to be in the university early. I absolutely despise being wake up early as 5:00 am and my brother knows it best that's why he decided to, just to annoy me every morning.

Like seriously, EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING. Gosh, can't he live without annoying me first thing in the morning?

I actually don't plan to attend the whole week since there aren't classes, I rather sleep all day and wonder around the state than interact with normal humans in the university. I know, I'm fascinated by them but I dealed with many of them already, I have to take my break before I observe and deal with them again but my useless brother persuade me again, saying I might miss one of the chances to turn my school year to a best school year. He even shouted at me and assured saying that I will have fun and made it look I'll lose something important if I don't attend in the whole week.

"I don't get why do they celebrate this kind of events," I said without sparing him a glance. "Thanks do this, I lost an hour of sleeping from my regular 10 hours sleep."

"It's for fun Jen, school is no fun when all you need to do is study, study and study, right?" Doyoung asked.

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, right. This all are troublesome to me, you're all wasting all your energy to nothing."

After few minutes, we arrived at the university. Well since I have nothing to do, I have decided to go to that garden, at least no one will bother me there. I was about to head out when Sally hold my wrist, stopping me from my tracks.

"Where are you going?" Sally asked, "Let's go to our room first."

"Why?" I asked.

"We need to atleast confirm our attendance first before going around, besides it's still early there aren't stalls open yet," she said.

"Then why did we came here early?" I asked in disbelief.

"We are going to perform for the opening ceremony, at exactly 8:00 am, that's why we came earlier."

"I'm not going to perform, nor take any events so why did you bring me with you guys?"

Wait a minute, I think I know the answer.

"Well, actually we didn't plan to bring you but V oppa said that he wanted to see your annoyed face again that's why he wake you up early and told us to bring you with us to annoy you even more," Doyoung answered as he hide his chuckle, while Sally just prevent herself from laughing knowing that my brother's idea is indeed successful for making my day start at its worst.

I sighed out of frustration, "If I get in trouble today, make sure to blame it to my dearest brother."

Because I could feel it, I can make many trouble for today and I don't care if I did becaude I know my useless brother will take the blame, he won't do something like this if he don't know what will be the outcome. I just don't know why he did this.

When I arrived at the room, I immediately seat in my chair and waited for our secretary for attendance.

In the room, Hyebin was there and she was glaring at me. After that incident where Taeyong sided me and humiliated her more than I did, she had known her place but it's visible that she's not satisfied or she will never be satisfied with it, I mean why would she? If I'm in her shoes, I would also not satisfied since I haven't got my revenge to the person I want to humiliate but too bad she can't do anything because of her own cousin whom she thought is in her side, that's why she keeps on glaring in my direction but didn't dare to say or did anything for her hatred towards me.
