2018
The year of roller coaster
It was a time to heal
Time to move on.
Time to pick up courage and speak the mind.
A time when you find out that no one was your friend
Only what benefits them keeps them around.
Only those who truly understood you cared showed appreciation.
2018 taught me that I am way too kind with people who doesn't deserve it.
It was a time for change.
It was a time of self progress.
A year when I've learned to not wasting time with nonsense.
It was a year filled with a bucket of stress
At the same time with a bucket of opportunities
Growth and independence.
It was a year to learn that self empowerment started from within.
A year that showed that no one cares what you think unless they are right.
At the end of the day you are alone facing your problems.
You have to wipe your own tears and move from your issues by yourself
They say they'll try but, its 2019 and nothing has changed.
2018 taught me that crying heals pain.
Sorrow is a ghost that can't be ignored.
Mental health is more than a priority than having money, jobs and study.
Your failure is also success.
2018 taught me to give your body a rest.
In a world of rush we all forget what the meaning of pause means.
We live to expect too much from others and our own life is not walking in the right direction.
Focus on you rather than worrying about what people have to say to you about you.
At the end of the day you know yourself more than anyone knows you.
Take time for yourself no matter what they push you through.
The stress of life is not healthy and we should move with patience.
2018's biggest lesson is that people are not trustworthy no matter what they promise.
People do the most to prove a point that is blatantly wrong.
2018 taught me that second chances is worth it at the end of the day, regardless of how it has been portrait for decades.
The important lesson of them all is 2018 taught me to never give up.
As for 2019 i hope it teaches more patience and compassion.
I hope 2019 teach people to be more aware of others and be less self-centered and selfish.
You want to win, don't step on others pain and success for your benefit. Because, know for sure when it's your time to fall, you'll fall harder.
